      So I ordered a sample of a few different problems, before I even received the samples. Which cost me $5 dollars, they went ahead and charged me over $225 dollars. I reached out to them immediately to let them know I havent received my samples or lack their of. And to cancel the order, they did not! And my bank took their side! Even when my balance went from $237 dollars for life essentials, not this ********. Left me with $2 to eat for the rest of the month! They wouldnt cancel the order even though they hadnt shipped it yet!

      I purchased the shipping amount for a free trial I received the trial and within 5 days- not even a week they charged me for a full bottle. I canceled the subscription and also responded 15 minutes after they charged me for the full bottle. They say its already being processed- just a way to say thanks but we already stole your money. I have three children and I dont need $25 for something I dont need at all being stolen from us right after paying rent. This company is scum. I dont even want to try the trial supplement. I hope they lose sleep and money the way I did thanks to them being absolutely no help. Others online feel the same

      Sample purchased on 3/13, 10 were ordered and only 2 packets were sent. I was then signed up for a subscription without my knowledge and sent a new package and charged $50 on 3/25. ******, from F'ing Focus stated that after 2 weeks a subscription starts, but it was only 12 days from when I originally ordered to when I signed up NOT two weeks. I requested a refund and ****** stated once the order is received back at the ********** a full refund would be sent. The website claims that there is also a money back guarantee for not being satisfied. I am claiming the remainder of the subscription as well as the sample shipping cost.

      july 6th, I ordered a trial of a few items. I paid $4.99 for the shipping of those items. I awaited the delivery of these items. Seemed as though those items were just sitting in the warehouse & not sent till last week I was charged $121.34 on 7/24. the items were NOT even in my possession yet. I had not been able to try them. I immediately requested to have everything canceled & refunded. They responded by saying I was canceled, but have yet to answer me on refunding me.

That said, Ive gone ahead and canceled your subscription, so you wont be charged again and no further orders will be placed moving forward.       Advertises a free sample but will enroll you in a monthly subscription order once the free sample is placed (which is fine!). They do clearly state in their website that you have 14 days to sample their product before they charge for your first subscription order, but the sample never got fulfilled before they charged me. I have tried finding a resolution with their customer service for this issue and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but its been well over a month now and my sample order AND my full order still hasnt been fulfilled. *** requested answers and they tell me that its because the product I ordered is out of stock and will be fulfilled once they get it back in stock. The product still allows anyone to purchase from their site, misleading consumers to believe this product is in stock and ready to ship. They refuse to offer or cancel the order altogether when it hasnt been fulfilled at all. I feel as if I have been scammed out of money and customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Original sample order placed on June 20, full subscription order automatically placed on July 3 and both are still sitting as unfulfilled on my account (screengrab provided)

      I ordered the supplements through a trial for 4.99. Next thing I know ***** was taken from my account. I ordered this on July 4th but the money was taken out July 7th and I sent them an email that same day. I got a couple of responses back saying all I had to do was send them back for a refund minus a 10 restock fee. It is now July 21st and not only have I NOT received the package but now I've been ghosted. I know 70 dollars may not be a lot for some people but I'm just started working again and it means a lot to me. Apparently I'm not the only one they've done this to so I want to lodge a complaint because this is crazy

      The company offers samples before they automatically place you on a subscription AFTER YOU TRY THE PRODUCT. Well, I received the sample AND was charged a full other order on the on the same day, or within ***************************************************************************** And then when I emailed them 5 times about returns/refunds, they IGNORE EMAILS. Its a scheme and a scam

      This business has shady business practices of singing up individuals for subscriptions without their knowledge and charging them for it. And if they send you a product, they will not let you return it for a refund even if its unopened. Im seeking a refund.

      I paid $4.99 for a sample and was immediately enrolled in a subscription (not by my choosing) and then charged for the subscription prior to having received the late delivery trial bottle. Numerous emails were immediately sent to cancel the subscription and refund this money. No email response about the refund has yet been received as of the time of filing this complaint. The email received only confirmed the subscription was canceled. I hate doing business with companies like thisI later found out they did this to other people and are near impossible to get a response from when it comes to the refund. Waste of time, no integrity as a company, I feel scammed. Clearly trying to sample a product from this company was a mistake.

      I requested a sample and paid 499 for shipping. I never received the sample of the product but the company did charge me $54 a full subscription just two weeks later without ever receiving the sample product. I contacted the company before they shipped out the full subscription and let know that I did not receive the sample and did not yet want to start a subscription because I hadnt been able to try it and they ignored me. They did not respond to any of my attempts to contact and still proceeded to ship the product. This site is a scam.
