      This company continues to take money from my account even though I have zero order history, zero subscriptions. I have tried contacting them MULTIPLE times and they will not respond. Yet they continue to steal money from me. They dont have a number to call and they DO NOT reply to emails or live chat. They have taken over $110 from me without authorization. The attachment says I have subscriptions. However I never ordered or subscribed beyond the free trial. I even double checked to make sure I didnt subscribe to anything.

      This company offers a free sample of their product and tell you to only pay shipping. Once the product is shipped it charges you a subscription fee for their products without asking if you want to continue to purchase from them. There is no way to contact customer service, the ******* and email does not work. There is no phone number.

      This company wow. I really do hope justice is served to these pieces of work. The fact that this company preys on people trying to get healthy really bothers **** ordered a free supplement, paid for shipping and only 14 days later got charged for a full sized supplement. Immediately reached out and tried to cancel and get a refund. As you can read on many of the other complaints. This company only replies scarcely or with automated replies. Once they did reply, they said its clearly stated on their disclaimer the stipulations for placing an order for their sample. So they take your cc info you use to pay for shipping for their free sample without making an account and use that information to plug into their recurring *************** the way their disclaimer on the check out **** says $0 will be charged every 26 days when you buy the sample. So they violate their own disclaimer. You dont expect to get a recurring charge because youre not buying anything, youre paying for shipping. Anyway they didnt even wait the full 26 days, they charge 14 days in.

      On 12/12/24, I placed an order for product, but upon researching the company further I decided I did not want the products that I purchased because the companyseem to have a bad reputation. 10 minutes after placing the order I emailed the company asking to cancel my order and refund my card. I not receive a response so I followed up the next day, and the next day, and four days later they finally responded stating that they just mailed my product. I asked what I could do about returning the product andthey stated I could return to sender and they would refund my account minus a $10 restocking fee. I immediately return the product and have been trying tocontact them to receive my refund but they will not respond. The product was returned within a week of receiving it. Just seems like a very unethical practice. I did not keep the product or even open the product and returned it immediately and they seem to be disregarding the fact that they owe me a refund. Ive tried contacting them via email and over their chat on their website, but nobody ever responds. They dont have a phone number to contact.Very frustrating.

      I ordered samples from them not too long ago because they were offering them for free just pay the shipping ($4.99). I have the receipt. I received the product yesterday and wanted to give them a chance. Last night I received a notification on my banking app that $281.93 was attempted from SP FING FOCUS BRAIN.I have not ordered ANY additional product from this company. Therefore they are fraudulently charging my card.

      Fing focus supplements charged my account $197.95 fraudulently.without my consent. I initially ordered some samples, I believe the original product i ordered was actually free just pay shipping which came to around $9. Thought that was it done deal........well I was apparently wrong. One day unbeknownst to be a package showed up on my porch and I had no idea where it was from. I asked my *** delivery driver about this suspicious package and told him I didn't order it. Turns out if ya didn't order it you can't get a return shipping label. So I put it under my bed and forgot about it.....I canceled my cards and reported the transactions to be fraudulent. My bank reversed the charges and sent me a new card so again I though all was well and I was whole again....Well not the case with these con artists. When I got my bank statement the following month (I'm like 3 months in now). Fing Focus brain Supplements proceed to charge my credit card on a monthly subscription base totaling $197.95. I have never took time to give a company or anyone a bad review, but this is absolutely ridiculous greed at its worst. I have tried multiple times to contact this company with NO success. Even sent an email and message describing my predicament at this current time in my life, but to no avail. Told the fraudsters that I was a mother of 3 small children ages 2, 5 and 6. My mother is in the last and final stages of demencia and that my dad had a farming accident a few years ago leaving him paralyzed. Food is hard enough to come by let alone diapers for everyone. THIS COMPANY FING FOCUS BRAIN SUPPLEMENTS IS TEUELY THE GRINCH......THEY STOLE OUR CHROSTMAS THIS YEAR . I don't know what there packing in those pills, but it sure ain't smiles on kids faces Christmas day. THANKS .

      I ordered free samples. A week later I was charged $100 for supplements I didn't order. I emailed the company to cancel the order but they claimed to have already shipped it. I was sent the email in the middle of the night and emailed them at 6a.m. They wouldn;t let me return or cancel the order because I already made a purchase (shipping on what was supposed to be the free samples) and they only refund first purchases. I have been reaching out to them via email and they stopped replying. They had their "terms" stating no refunds on any products on a hidden page of their website and have since updated their free sample page to state that they are putting you under a subscription but when I ordered that was not the case. I never even had an account with the company and was not informed of the fact that I was signed up for a subscription. I refused the package and am still being refused my money from my credit card company and the supplement company because of the companies "terms."

      I placed an order for a free sample from F'ing Supplements. Per the website, free samples are free, and the purchaser just has to pay shipping costs. I received my free sample, and did not purchase any more product. Today I got a notification that the company had charged my card, and processed an order for a full bottle of product. I did not authorize this, nor did I authorize recurrent orders. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company. They have no phone number, they have not replied to my email, nor do they respond to their chat function on their site.

      I am looking for an alternative to my adhd medication and found this site and decided to get free samples for my husband and I and give it a try. 2 weeks later, I still haven't received my free samples and was charged $194. Thinking what the heck I messaged them immediately telling them this was not authorized. I looked into my account and saw there was a subscription made. I never agreed to subscription or saw anything on the checkout page about a subscription. I got a reply telling me they won't be refunding my money, as said in the emails I attached. I still haven't received anything from them as I write this. I'm out over $200 right before Christmas because of a "free" sample.
