I placed an order for free samples at this company for 499, you only pay shipping. I received the samples they were ineffective therefore I wouldn't be purchasing any more product or purchasing a subscription. May 30th 2025 I checked my bank account and noticed a charge of $116. 46, from this company. The charge was attributed to full size products of the samples I purchased to sample which I like I said didn't work. I went on to message the company support line ******************************** wherein I received a reply that said my order was already fulfilled therefore I wasn't able to get a refund as well as they canceled my subscription for me. When I never purchased a subscription plan in the first place and if purchasing the samples equals agreeing to purchasing a subscription it wasn't clearly stated. I showed them documents that I screenshot where at the time of me messaging them the order was unfulfilled. The next morning the order was still unfulfilled. The order was actually unfulfilled until not long before the gentleman messaged me to tell me that the order was shipped and there was nothing they could do. I messaged them back saying I would like to create a return once the products reach me. I wouldn't open them or mess with them so I would just literally send them right back and I could receive my money back. I have contacted them through chat message, email, and the phone number provided which actually isn't even the phone number for the company so I'm not sure why they list that as their phone number it goes to some random voicemail. I saw on here and a couple other websites that a lot of people have experienced the same situation where they were charged for subscription they weren't clear on purchasing, they asked for a refund and cancellation, they received the cancellation but they were told they couldn't get a refund. Some of these people even sent in the returns and never received their money back. I want my money back with a return.Initial Complaint

I struggle with ****, so I was scrolling ******** and saw an add for this medication that you can try for free and just pay shipping. Boy oh boy should I not have done that. The product came in about a week, it was fine but before I finished taking it, $140 bucks came out of my account for full orders of every single product I sampled. I never agreed to any type of recurring order starting. This is not oh I forgot to cancel, I literally never ordered anything but the samples. But honestly whatever, I thought I just could reach out to customer service and cancel the order and get My money back. ****! I have called the phone line and left at least a dozen messages over the last week and a half, and they also have a chat function. I have sent over 20 messages in the last 24 hours and not even an acknowledgment to tell me an agent will be with me or the wait time. This company offers samples of its products for a 14 day trial. If you decide you dont want to purchase the product you can log into your account and cancel, otherwise they will ship a 30 day supply of any sample you trialed and put it on a repeat monthly subscription. On 2/17 I requested samples and on 2/28 I received a sample but only 1 of several ordered. On 3/1 I received notice that subscriptions for all the sample products were shipped. I was charged $141. I tried to resolve it with the company but they said its not refundable under any circumstance. I begged them to let me return the package unopened for a refund. What they did for me was cancel the subscriptions and said they were sorry about my samples not arriving and told me they shipped me more samples free. This was after several frustrating email attempts to address all the concerns. Their answer was to reiterate the notice of 14 day trial before a sample turns into a subscription. They did not acknowledge that the shipping took up the entire trial period and they shipped a subscription before day 14. Not their fault they said, about how long a carrier takes to deliver an order. By the way, You pay them for shipping which is advertised as a 2-3 day shipping charge. 1. Trial period is misrepresented to trap you into paying for at least one order of a one month supply of everything you sample.2. Shipping is miscalculated All emails are signed by someone named ****** ******** in customer service. Might be AI. Seems to miss a lot and repeat word for word things from prior emails.I still have my unopened package in case contact with you assists me in getting an agreement to take back the unwanted shipment.Initial Complaint

I was interested in these supplements for the focus aspect and signed up for the free trial to test their products. Not even a week later I got an email stating that my shipment was on the way and I was charged $158. for supplements I didn't order. I tried to reach out to **************** and they said they wouldn't be able to refund me or accept a return because the product was already shipped even though the product is in "Preship status" so they can just pull it from the pickup.Initial Complaint

I paid for shipping for a free, no commitment sample from this company of their supplements. About two or three weeks later they charged me $29.00 for a whole bottle of this supplement. I never once agreed to this. After trying to get in contact with them via their chat (nobody answered this for over a week) and then via email, they finally emailed back saying that because I did not cancel a subscription that I am liable to pay for this subscription. I never filled anything out for a subscription. I simply paid shipping for a sample. They are saying that when you pay for shipping for a sample you are also signing up for a subscription unless you cancel. I emailed them within minutes of being charged. They refused to refund me on my subscription. I wrote several more emails and showed screenshots of their ads on their website which say nothing about the subscription. My subscription bottle didnt ship out for about four or five days after this, but now they are saying that My bottle has already been shipped so they cannot refund it because they cannot stop it. but they claimed they couldnt refund from the first time they responded to me way before the bottle was shipped out. I made it very clear I was tricked and not intentionally ordering a subscription but they say they cannot refund subscriptions. Their website says no commitment sample, how is that agreeing to a subscription? It also says hassle free 100% refund when it is anything but that. Not even mentioning they have no way whatsoever to call on the phone to a manager or supervisor, you can only talk to them through email. I want a refund but most of all want to warn other people this is terrible that they are scamming people this way! I explained I had no idea I was agreeing to that and that I needed that money and they will not compromise at all its terrible customer service and to not even have a way to contact them is awful and shouldnt be allowed.Initial Complaint

I came across this business via social media advertising. I never heard of them, but they offered "free samples" and so I picked a couple of these samples to try at home. There are several, albeit subtle, links to details of the subscription that will be automatically created if you request these samples. Upon checkout, where they are supposed to tell you how much it will be when the subscription takes effect, it clearly says "$0.00" (see attachment)- and nowhere in their checkout process, nor in the confirmation emails, do they detail how much it will cost you for the full products.They also advertise that they offer 14 days to try their product, but that clock starts as soon as the order is placed not when you actually receive the product (which they get confirmation of). They do not tell you that during the checkout process. They then sent the samples to me via snail mail and they didn't arrive until a week and a half after I requested them, thus leaving me a mere two days to try their product. Not knowing that the clock started when i requested the order, I thought I had time to try the products I selected- however two days after I received the product they charged me over $100 for 3 bottles of the full product. I requested cancellation IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the auto charge via email (because they dont answer the phone), but they took several days to respond to that. I complained about all of the above, and their response was basically "oh well". This company, in my view, is a fraud. They operate in a deceptive, unethical manner and I hope they change their ways.Initial Complaint

This company continues to take money from my account even though I have zero order history, zero subscriptions. I have tried contacting them MULTIPLE times and they will not respond. Yet they continue to steal money from me. They dont have a number to call and they DO NOT reply to emails or live chat. They have taken over $110 from me without authorization. The attachment says I have subscriptions. However I never ordered or subscribed beyond the free trial. I even double checked to make sure I didnt subscribe to anything.
