    Arise.com will not remove my account I have tried and tried by emailing them stil my account is still there. CSP ********* Tbh I dont even remember making the account that but they saying I been working on there platform since 2018 n I dont I work at a hospital thats 5 mins from me in my hometown. Ive never received a check from arise or the company they say I work for please get my account remotes my personal info is on there like my social security number and all

    I have been dealing with this company through Homelessness, lawsuits from faulty car dealerships, to even being illegally and unlawfully removed from my home. Despite it all I have pushed on in hopes of making my call center successful with Arise. I hired agents to expand my business. When I wasnt able to log in on the 24th it didnt immediately alarm me as I was more focused on making sure my agent finished training and get the ball rolling for another soon to be recruited agent. I wasnt until the 26th of May that I had extreme trouble logging in. I reached out to registration immediately, who insisted over and over that the issue was with my username. I have been dealing with this issue For the last 2wks . I communicated daily with registration about my password not working and how Ive been unable to receive emails to reset my password. I even asked if my account was suspended, which I was informed that my account was active and that they were resetting my credentials to be able to log in. When I expressed several times that I believe that something may be wrong, they referred me to *** which can only be accessed once you are in the account. I still continued to reach every day in hopes to resolve the issue so that I can continue to expand and help others within my business. I was unable to assist with payroll, adding agents, etc. Finally after reaching out today I was told that my company was terminated! The message said I failed an assessment even though I never received a notification of an assessment, nor did registration say anything about an account suspension the entire time I reached out for 2weeks. I risked my own servicing revenue to ensure my agents would be able to service, I reached out to tech support in my agents account and asked was I suspended and I was told NO! So now Im back at risk of being homeless for communicating. Anyone of the ppl I spoke could have advised me of the suspension process instead they played with me. They dont care.

    I have been working for myself on the Arise platform for years and have not had any problems until 2022 I have been dealing with discrimination and cyber bullying within the platform, someone has been messing with my hours by false reports of my log in as well logging false no show minutes and even with the exclusions which are not supposed to negative impact the agent my Commitment Adherence has still been getting affected. They are giving others more hours and cutting my hours for no reason. I am an amazing worker and with every client I have serviced for if you listen to my calls they are all A+ rated. I have been filing complaints within the platform every time they do this. I have spoken to the manager ************ as well done a survey expressing my concerns and grievience. I have reason to believe this is being done on purpose as a hate crime and someone has been paid to cause me hardship which my next step is to file a lawsuit against the platform for discrimination and cyber bullying. This is very unfair and I have 4 children to take care of and bills to pay like everyone else. I show up on time and something happens within the platform that kicks me out. I have hard wired strong internet service. I stick to my commitment l. When I found arise it was a life saver when I disclosed the platform to the wrong people all of a sudden problems are hitting me left and right with someone being false within the platform. Whoever is in charge of logging the hours for *** and max *** for the agents is the one that is bullying and causing me this hardship, either the supervisor or manager. Whoever is in charge of the way the platform works is also the one that is causing me this unfair hardship. They should be fired or else they need to stop or else a lawsuit will be filed and they will start losing companies.

    I have attempted to delete my account because I could not log in/reset my password. The company stated that I needed to check my email for the password reset link but I never received one (not even in my spam/junk folder). I then requested to delete my account and no one replied. I have been attempting to delete my account with the ********************** platform for over 11 months and now I cannot get a response from the Arise team at all. Please delete my account permanently.

    On may 1 2023, I attempted to access a very old account from 2017. I had to have the agent reactivate the account due to it being so old. I was then unable to access the account because I could not reset the password. I was told be the agent to wait a couple hours. On may 3rd, I still could not reset the password so I called in and support was able to give me access. I see several error messages on the portal. I contacted chat agent and was told that I could not be a sole proprietor anymore bc my *** was terminated on May 1. The chat agent kept trying to tell me that I requested for the *** to be terminated which I did not. The *** is a legal binding agreement which I never requested or signed for termination. I have tried reaching any one who could help me bc the chat agent said they could not do anything. I requested for a supervisor and was told Id get a call back which I did not. My cspid is *******. I would like this resolved. I want to be a sole proprietor. I dont want to go through the legal implications of making a call center or have to work under someone else.

    I have been unable to log into my Arise portal,it says my username and password is invalid even though I am using the correct credentials,I have tried to reset passsword over 100times and I never receive the reset link ,I cant log into arise.Okta either ,this has affected my work immensely ,I cant access intervals ,I have emailed and called every one available and I have not heard from anyone to provide any type of assistance or explanation as to what is happening ,no emails prior to this or after ,I am not sure if my account was deactivated,locked or suspended ,theres utter silence and no assistance ,I have not been able to service and this is affecting my CA and I may lose my SOWS, this is a very terrible thing to do to people and their work ,I demand restitution for my money lost and explanation to what is going on with my account

    I have been attending a certification course on this platform for the last five weeks. The instructor leading the course, *************************, has been very harsh and very unprofessional towards me. She has attacked me verbally in front of the class, she has attempted to use various things to challenge my opportunity to even finish the course. She has even removed me from the class after verbally mistreating me in front of all of the other class attendants. I sent several messages and emails to the company about the unfair treatment I was receiving from the instructor. I was suddenly removed from the certification program after five weeks of attending the program. The instructor refused to allow me back into the course and the company never addressed the complaints I had made about how she treated me from the beginning. The company has displayed a total lack of concern about the treatment of their agents.

    While enrolling in HD MAX4.24.23 I received an error message that I have been dropped from a class several times within 90days.I contacted Arise chat Enrollment Spec ******* She provided me with a list of 3 clients reasons for the drop. I switched to a different Intuit TT Program Modivcare Bundle1.30.2023. But unaware that you cant make changes before your course begins because that will count as a drop and that I was not aware this because I have done this multiple times in the past. The Holland America CS course - I dropped on 12/29 because the *** was voided and the announcement stated that you will earn while you learn which this was not the case. There were no user ids provided until 12/29 so there was no opportunity to earn and learn between 12/14/22-12/29/22. My *** went into effect 12/16/2022, so this means that Arise got paid by the Holland America CS, but the Independent Business Owners did not, but I am still held accountable for the drop which is unfair. Intuit TT program Modivcare Bundle 1.30.2023 started on 1/30, and I tried to join the first session and the instructor closed the room on the first session? Where does it state that? So now I am sitting there waiting for her to let me in the virtual classroom and she would not allow me in so I received a no show, and she removed me. I had logged into everything because I serviced TurboTax before. Why are the sessions recorded if you are going to not allow someone into the course room and then give them the opportunity to listen to what was missed in the first 20mins. And then I was charged $25. But the real issue is Holland America11.28.22 Training that began on 11/28/22 which I attended every training session, but I terminated my *** on 12/29/22 due to Insufficient support for servicing program. But when I contacted Arise Chat the Enrollment Specialist, ******, stated that I was dropped due to attendance, which is a FLAT OUT LIE.     I have been trying to delete my account to no avail. I was told to email their withdraw consent address and NO ONE has responded. They told me it takes a month, it's over a month. I do not want this service to have my information.

    I've been trying to close my arise account since October 21, 2022, it's been 5 months now. I've talking to multiple representatives that all send me the same automated message resulting in nothing. I want my arise account to be deleted once for all.
