  Horrible service. I ordered a birth certificate and I am trying to get it...unable to speak to anyone. My notarized application was sent through US certified mail so I have proof they received it and my payment. This is looking like a scam.

  Ordered my marriage certificate and was charged $54 mid April. It's now June 3rd and still no certificate. I went online and ordered directly from the county, was charged $7 and received my certificate in 4 days!. I have requested a refund. They have refused, twice. Now they tell me it will be mid July before I see my certificate that I ordered through them. We'll see.

  This place is a scam!!! Do not order any information through them, as they charge double the amount through state official sites and take three times the slotted time estimate. They are truly an abhorrent company and do not have proper support staff let alone proper services. They should be ashamed. They literally charge you for absolutely nothing but a scam to be the middle man which shouldnt exist in the first place! They are a SCAM!!! I repeat make sure you order directly through your state they try to make themselves look like they are representing the state and are liars!

  AWFUL , SCAM! Ordered a Birth Certificate on **********. Received a confirmation and order number and a tracking # for my application to ********************. It was delivered, according to tracking, early December,2024. NOTHING AS YET. Cant contact on the phone as no one answers. Their online information now tells me the application package is on its way! Cant believe they remain in business. Call the hospital where the person was born and they can assist. ******.

  I needed my Real ID so I needed my birth certificate. I applied for it through this company and it has been OVER 2 months and nothing! Not even a reply to my emails. The real ID deadline has expired and I have a trip coming up. I guess I will drive over an hour to pick it up in person. I think personally this is a ************ and do not recommend using this site or service.

  I ordered a birth certificate for my son back in April. This company indicated that my order was complete but provided me with no way to track the progress of the order. It is now almost June and still no birth certificate. I am feeling like this company is not reliable.
