    It is taking much longer than they originally told me. When I try to follow up I still do not get an answer as to when I will receive my document. First they said it would take 6-8 weeks then it is suddenly 4 months. No updates. I ordered in May and still have not received anything (Sept 23, 2025) I have written to them numerous times. In the meantime I ended up investigating how long it takes NY city to process an order for a birth certificate and they told me that this organization is NOT AUTHORIZED to order birth certificates from NY city. I ordered it from the website given to me by *** and received it in 2 weeks. There is something fishy about this website.

    I ordered a copy of my birth certificate 5 months ago. I was told I would receive it from NY DOH by September 2, 2025. I call today (September 17) and old them that I had not received the document. They told me to contact NY DOH directly. I asked why they do not follow up since I paid them for their service. I was asked how do I know I paid. I told them that my credit card was charged. When I called NY DOH and asked about my birth certificate they told me they have never received the request. They suggested another online service that they deal with and I ordered through them.

    Paid for expedited service. Called them to follow up on order place on July 18th 2025. They said it is out of thier hands and I would probably not recieve what I requested until January of 2025. I called the State of NY and they had no notation of a records request in thier system. I was emailed the paperwork and told I will have my documents within two weeks of them receiving the application and payment at 1/3 the cost.The operator and supervisor I pretty much blew me off and kept refering me to thier website. No where on the home page does it say anything about length of time and NY policy changes.Good customer service would have at least tried to call NY to follow up on the application I put in through ******** need documents call the county you where born in, married in or a loved one passed away in. Much less expensive and much shorter time frame.

While we always aim to expedite the process, we cannot override the states procedures or shorten their official timeframes.


    Regarding your request for a copy of the application, our system does not allow us to provide duplicate application packets once they are submitted for validation. However, your order was processed correctly and forwarded to the ***************** for review.

    Ordered my wife's birth certificate. Still haven't received it!! Ordered my son's birth certificate. Had to pay for it twice!!!! Finally got it several months after ordering it. Still waiting for my wife's certificate!!!! dealing with these people is like attending a 3-ring circus. They should be put out of business. Absolutely not happy. Totally frustrated.

    This company is a scam. They take your money and do nothing. Ive been waiting and waiting for my birth certificate. Somebody needs to put a stop to companies like this who take your money and then lie about getting your certificate. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU WHO SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

    Waited over 27 weeks to get 2 copies of my birth certificate and paid for expedited processing too. Never got docs, and the company took over $100 and did nothing but tell me to call NYS and track it down myself (which I did and was told no order was received). Caveat Emptor.

    The company is rude and don't understand that all states use different versions certificate or licenses and refuse to proceed unless I give a certificate. I called vital records to confirm that the license is valid. These people are out of country.

You provided a marriage license and explained that in your county, this document is the only one issued.     You then spoke with one of our supervisors, and to better assist you, we arranged a three-way call with the Bell County Clerks office. During that call, the deputy clerk confirmed that Bell County only issues marriage licenses and that the document you had was valid, signed by a judge, included an issue date, and carried the official seal. Based on this confirmation, we understood your request to proceed with the application.


    However, after further discussion, you expressed that you no longer wished to continue with the process and requested a refund. As a resolution, our team issued a full refund for your order.
