You may also cancel within 24 hours after identity verification, before processing begins. To request a refund, contact our support team using your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank. Non-refundable items include preparation, processing, and service fees once validation begins, and state-set fees once submitted. Online notarization fees are charged directly by the notary provider, not by VRO LLC, and are non-refundable.
