Refunds are available if VRO cannot fulfill your order, a duplicate payment was made, identity verification cannot be completed, you are ineligible to request the record, or if the state denies the application (including due to updated forms or requirements). You may also cancel within 24 hours after identity verification, before processing begins. To request a refund, contact our support team using your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank. Non-refundable items include preparation, processing, and service fees once validation begins, and state-set fees once submitted. Online notarization fees are charged directly by the notary provider, not by VRO LLC, and are non-refundable.
