  This company is trash. I ordered a copy of my birth certificate over a year ago, and it should have been here in March. Have been getting a run around from them. Wasted $104. They say they can't refund. Such a s*** business. Don't waste your money or time with these crooks.

  I sent for a birth certificate for an upcoming flight I ordered it in April and as of September I still haven't received it. I got a second birth certificate at half the price from VitalChek and got it in 3 days .I put in a complaint with my credit card company against Vital Records Online and am awaiting a response to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The people barely responded and I needed a California birth certificate and they sent to ************ for it..BAD BAD BAD

  Do not use this company. They 100% are a scam. I paid for phone services and was not able to speak with anyone. I also asked for an itemized receipt for all the services I paid for and they could not provide me with one. After multiple emails back and forth, I was not very happy and expressed that. I believe that someone leaked my cell number to some marketing scam websites. I have been getting calls and text messages non-stop for months now, since the day of our last communication. Obviously I cannot prove this but the timing of it all was strange. They have all your personal data! Beware!!

  This company is not a good resource for obtaining vital records. I have been waiting 2 months for my info and they are saying I have 15 more week to wait. I asked for a refund and Vital records told me it was ti late to request a refund although it's till 15 weeks before I can possible be helped. I paid the company over $60.00

  They asked for more documents to prove I lived at the address it was mailing to because my ID had a old address that it wasn't mailing to. So I sent a bank statement from **** and my internet bill. They stated that **** was a credit card company and not a banking institution. I tried to explain to them many times but didn't go no where. Asked for a supervisor, took 10 mins of me keep asking for a supervisor to get one which again, said Navy ******************** isn't a banking institution. Just asked for a refund and will use the other online company that had better service
