  Since I have not seen how long it will take to receive my document, I cannot leave a review. After reading the negative reviews, I am concerned that I may not be happy with the time frame after paying the extra money. I guess I will just have to wait and see.

  I have been waiting over a year to get my divorce certificate. Vital Records said that they were backlogged so I waited for my certificate. I contacted them several times about it while they kept saying they were still *************, Vital Records says I don't have a divorce certificate or none was found. Although they still charged me ***** for nothing. I just called the courthouse to find out why Vital Records couldn't find my Certificate... the person I talked to said they didn't know anything about that and sent me to the proper website where it cost 5.00 to get my certificate. But Vital Records say that they are still going to charge me because they worked so hard to find my certificate. I also paid extra to have this record sent by ***** but instead they sent it regular mail. I mean at least send me the form through ***** I paid for it; instead they sent regular mail... .73 cents for a stamp.

  I ordered a Birth Certificate from this company in the middle of March; after two months I still have not received it. Through out this time I attempted to contact cutomer service with little success. Any phone calls went to voice mail and were never returned as well as email contact. When I utilized the online chat, the agent was unable or unwilling to follow through with my request, only stating to call another number which was not affiliated witth Vital Records Online. I then contacted the state agency in ******** to help track down the order, but they never received it, in spite of assurances from the website tracking app that I had taken ownership of the product. When the state agency gave me the required information that they needed to track my Birth Certificate, Vital Records Online would not respond. After all this time I have not received my certificate, and they will not respond to my inquiries or follow up on my complaint. Their refund policy is biased, preventing any real refund in my case. This company is negligent at best, fraudulent at worst.

  I ordered a copy of my daughter birth certificate MONTHS AGO! Even after I paid for quick shipping I was supposed to receive it back in April finally I gave up and requested a refund but was denied even though I never received the B.C and this issue was clearly on their end . DONT USE THEM!!!!!! They will ***** you over!!!!!

  I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I needed a birth certificate fast so I paid for all the extras. Only to find out it was going to be a month. Then the day it was supposed to be here kept changing. I contacted customer service multiple times to cancel my order. They never responded. $90 for nothing. Vitalchek only 40$ and it was here in 5 days. Save your time and money. Don't use this scamming service

  This is a TOTAL SCAM. My son put in his credit card and 3 seconds later while still on the screen realized it wasnt a government site. It was $45 n would take 10 weeks!!! The Real one was $15 and arrived next day! We called immediately and wrote and called. Theres no one on phone and live chat suddenly says oops no one available email us. They wont respond or REFUND poor kids money that was in error. FAKE SHAM OF A SCAM!!

  Warning do not use ! Ordered my kit on 4/21/25. It came with a detailed timeframe as to when everything should be sent and received. Only prob is they don't adhere to said time frame. Now I'm going to be out around $5k for airfare, room reservations, and chapel fee. Sooo, thanks for messing up my wedding plans. Oh and as of today, still haven't received a copy of birth certificate ! Even after I paid an extra $40 to overnight my application for certified copy of my birth certificate !
