  Their verification codes won't go through nor the notary that send you for an interview. I have requested a refund. Very nerve racking experience.

  I purchased two birth certificates for $100 in the end of April, so I can travel, and I havent received them yet. Its June and I dont have an 800 number to get in contact with them about it either. I have sent two emails so far I havent gotten a straight answer since then when they will be ready. I am highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!

  Terrible service ordered my birth certificate back in February it's now June and no birth certificate when I emailed them they say that the application was sent out and it's out of their hands gave me the number to call wherever they sent the application and they have no record of my application I've asked for a refund but to answer yet this is unacceptable!!!

  No Communication after being sent an email to provide back of ID. I dont even know if my response is just floating around somewhere, based on ********************* I see using customer support is not helpful either. This is such a stressful situation to be in, not knowing if vitalrecordsonline can even be trusted. Its disappointing. I see them responding to reviews, bc they dont want a bad BBB grade. Maybe thats why they arent communicating, or providing closure.

  This service is a scam and doesnt help with your refund , they give you the runaround , and send in all the wrong documents so you cant get your order !
