  If I could do this all over again, I would 100% go directly through my state's ******************** instead of trusting a third-party site like VitalRecordsOnline.com.I placed an order for a death certificate on May 26, 2025, and paid $46.50 through their website. Weeks later, on June 30, 2025, I received my entire application back from the ***************************, along with a $10.00 money order, stating the reason as "amount is incorrect."What's frustrating is that the actual cost of the certificate is only $12.50.. .yet somehow my $46.50 payment didn't even cover that.I'm now left with wasted time, wasted money, and no document.For something as important as vital records, I strongly recommend going straight to your state health department and the middleman. ****** learned.

  Absolutely a sca 6 weeks later and a $1,000 flight on the line and they still won't help me, even after I paid extra for rush shipping to receive it within days. They're now saying a min of 3 more weeks.

  If I could leave Zero stars I would. I ordered my birth certificate in Nov of 2024 and we are at he end of June 2025 and I still don't have it. I got the run around from the company. They said I paid 4 months after I submitted the order which is absurd. They wouldn't have processed my order without receiving some form of payment. They are extremely unprofessional and there customer service is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone needing a birth certificate. It is 8 months and I still don't have it. I would have received it faster if I had wrote to the vital records of my birth state.

  I paid for expedited service, which I did not receive. My order for a replacement birth certificate is now past both the expedited and non-expedited delivery windows, and I have not received accurate updated status from customer service despite three specific requests. In addition to the $71 I paid for a service I did not receive, I am now about to lose $200 in passport application fees because this document has not arrived within the time frame I paid for or even the longest time frame they quote. I see now that I could have ordered from another company and actually received the birth certificate within 30 days instead of the 60+ I have waited for this order to complete, but now it's too late. This company is costing me close to $300 and a planned trip. Scam. *****.

  This website is NOT your state website. I paid an extra $50 per birth certificate to expedite getting copies only to find out they just filled out the paperwork for me and sent it in, causing a 2 week delay. I could've went to the state website directly (I thought I was) and gotten them faster without the extra money. They are a paid ad at the top of your searches made to look like your state website. They are a fraud.

  I ordered both a birth certificate and marriage license the third week in January and have yet to receive them! I asked for a refund and I am outside the windows. After my 2nd email they responded that Albany is taking 20-24.weeks to process. I knew there would be a delay. I needed the marriage license for Social Security after my husband passed. I found out after ordering these that I could get the certified copy from the town we got married in for $10 instead of the $55 rip off price. I would NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.   Horrible service. Its stated on their website that you simply need a notary signed document that can be uploaded to their website or mailed. Then they tell you to get a notary for a DIFFERENT document and that one needs to be sent by mail. Also they're impossible to get in contact with to resolve issues. Its like they purposely want to inconvenience people. I waited a month to hear back on the process of my birth certificate then 2 months later they ask for a different notary. They wasted months of my time
