  Not sure if they deserve to have 1 star, they should be zero. T H E W O R S T C O M P A N Y to deal with! D O NOT order anything from vital records they are really SCAM . I ordered a birth certificate on *********, today is 7/14 and still showing processed and that is the reason they are not give me a full refund. After calling every 2 weeks I got exhausted waiting and I ended up traveling in person to ********** and getting my own BC it only cost me $20 and not $52 what VRO charged me. During the month of May and June they told me that they were going to give me the refund if I did not get it on June, as a right now they are refusing to give me my money back.

  Ive been given the run around with this company. Im told to call the health department and they tell me they only use vital chek that this one is a scam. What is going on ??

  Can we leave “negative” stars? T H E W O R S T C O M P A N Y to deal with! D O NOT order any of your vital records from them! DO NOT believe them when they say they will be there to “support” you. Their “support”? Copied and pasted words in an email from from standardized list of quipped responses. IF they manage to respond to you at all. HOWEVER, DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH waiting for said e-mail. Then to find out, “we just process the application”… just wait until you get YET ANOTHER BILL IN THE MAIL from the agency that is actually going to send you your document! You’ll have to submit all the same info AGAIN, AND PAY OUT SOME MORE MONEY!!! And VRO LLC did what for us?!? N O T H I N G ! Please, do not use this disreputable company .

  Ordered birth certificate in March it is July still have not received it - contacted the company multiple times they are no help whatsoever - not real sure what the point even is other than to over bill people and get no service

  Very upset with the lack of communication with this company even after paying for expedited fee to get birth certificate and still hasnt been processed or send out to health department. They dont care you either to inform you that there a problem with your application, even after you inquire by phone or email, is like they look at the application the time you call to inform you their an issue with the application. The staff very rude and no understanding of timely delivery. Even had employee hang up on me because she didnt like what I was telling her about her job performance. Will never used them again.
