    I wish I could give this no **** stars ordered march 25 2025 and it's now July 30 2025 and all I have gotten was the runaround they don't even want to give me a refund paid $84 all together they are a scam company

    I generally write excellent reviews, but there is always an exception to the rule. On 4/10/2025, I submit my money and necessary forms to obtain my original birth certificate. It had to be notarized, so there was an additional fee. It is now ********* and no birth certificate. I have emailed and continue to be informed that it is still processing. They told me to call them with any additional questions. The holding time always says 30 minutes. I have held and finally got to speak to a representative this morning. She informed me that my forms are still be processed in ********. She said they mailed my forms to NY on 6/2/2025. Why would it take 2 months to mail my application and then another 2 months for it to be processed in **? I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told this is a designated line and that wasnt possible. I told her I would like a refund and she said it wasnt possible because my forms were mailed to ***I called the NYC Board of Health and Vital Statistics. They couldnt access my application. I was told that Vital Records Online is not a reputable company and that is why they dont recommend them.From the many online reviews I have read, I am not the only one with this issue. It shouldnt take 4 months to receive a birth certificate!!!Something needs to be done to shut down this fraudulent company. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is in order.

    I ordered a birth certificate through VRO 6 months ago! I have got the runaround for months. A 50$ order. Kept getting response emails of no value and several numbers to call. I finally got someone the phone in records and there is no record of my application or order. Just WOW! Also, they are of no help and do not care if you have paid and have a receipt. I didn't think to research Vital Records before ordering from them.

    They charge your credit card before verifying all of your information. The second step is verifying your information. Once you hit the "confirm verification," It says there is an error; retry or contact them. Horrible experience. They agreed to refund me without trying to help me or fix the problem.

    I started my process with vital records online on March 31, 2025. They immediately took the $69 fee which was supposed to be a $20 fee. I have been back-and-forth with them via email. I spoke to someone today said that my stuff should have been in my possession by July 11 I still do not have it. They advised me to call the health department of ************ ************. I told the woman I think this is ridiculous because I paid you the money and you should reach to them. I did not advise anyone to use this service. I feel like Ive been completely scammed.

    Requested my birth certificate in *********.I have not received it from them!! Also got the run around. They advised to check with my state for the status. Wrong!! City clerk from the state I requested said they cannot check the status of this 3rd party. Don't use Vital records online!! I finally received from city clerks office. Vital records online is probably a scam!
