    This was very simple to get my son's birth certificate and it is due to be delivered in **** days. The health department made the ordering process easy. Plus it was cheaper then regular vital records.

    I am a lady in her 70s who needed her birth certificate. I was concerned about trying to order it online. Im just not knowledgeable about how to go about such a task. The website walked me through the entire process. Everything was explained concerning the how to portion. I visited with employees on the phone. They were patient and understanding.********
