    I have used this service several times in the past and always go back to them a it is very easy to fill out the form and they keep me up on when my packet will arrive. I've not heard that anything is mailed yet but know it will be vey soon as it always is.This service is a God send to genealogists needing certificates as proof positive.

    First and foremost the nightmare of trying to get your vital documents together after losing or having them stolen is absolutely maddening. On top of that I am not residing in my birth state. Out of desperation I took a leap of faith with Vital records online. They have exceeded my expectations. Their process is easy and stress free. The price of documents is affordable and uninflated . They take the time to review your documents for identification purposes and do not leave you guessing..from beginning to end of process I never felt apprehensive or fearful of being taken advantage of considering the online gambles that are out there. Vital records online is truly a valuable tool for consumers without answers.

    VitalRecords.com is very easy to use! They are very professional, and make sure you have everything filled out correctly and even have a partner that will do online notary if needed {Proof.com}, the cost is $25 USD, which is very reasonable. I would recommend VitalRecords.com to anyone needing documentation, such as Birth Certificate. Only complaint I have was that it was not clear how to initiate the video conference on my smartphone for the online notary on the website, I had to contact the help chat to find out I needed to go to my email and click on link to initiate chat via smartphone, they could have had a memo on their site stating this.

    It was not mentioned that I would have to wait for a request form to be delivered, filled out, fed ex back and then wait for a search for my records in order to get my records. I thought the site was all on line and quick. Tried to cancel the whole process without any luck. By the time I get my marriage certificate from them I will be needing a death certificate!!! SCAM
