  It was relatively easy even for an old person. I haven't received it yet but should be in 11 to 13 weeks. My daughter couldn't get it herself because she slipped up and let her driver's license expire. So hope all goes well.

  I placed an order for a marriage license copy and used expedited shipping which I paid $79 for this and after 22 days I still have not received it. I have called and spoken with 2 different people, the first one said it would be here last week then the second one said it got to the ******* last week. I requested a refund since I have not received my paperwork but was told that would not happen.
