5 starsEverything was very safe and secure ,I felt really comfortable with this company , I thought I had to wait months because , and they processed me faster ,I love how I had a live notary person that walked me thru. 1 starI ordered my birth certificate on 10/27/2023, paid for a
notary on top of the $125 order to have it rushed. They shipped via usps
on 12/22/2023, will not provide tracking information, and usps is
showing it delivered 12/26/2023 days ago. It's not. It has not been
delivered. Vital Records will do nothing to assist me or make this
right. They told me to go call usps and handle it myself. Incredibly
poor customer service, I will never recommend this company, ever.Vital Records Online
