1 starTerrible customer service. Still havent received my sons birth certificate that I ordered 11/25/23 paid close to $90.00 to be told that my order is in the hands of the state. However, when I checked with them, they have no such order. Also, my order status with vital records online says order proceed. Do they mean processed? Im very disappointed. I ordered this with enough time to get my sons passport before our trip and now were panicking.Vital Records Online
