  ****. They say fast. Paid $89 for Birth Certificate on Jan 18th marked as just ordered Feb 3rd and ETA March!! That is Not Fast.

  I ordered copies of my marriage license through **********************. Four days later I get an email asking for notarized ID. I send back same day, and three days later VRO informs me that they've received. So it's taken a week's delay to even get the request going. Worried, I place a DUPLICATE order with another service. That order (including another notarized ID) was back to me 12 days from start. The VRO order eventually arrived 45 days from start, despite having paying an up-charge for expedited service. VRO cost a lot of time and only slowed me down: what am I paying for, if another company can complete the same order almost five weeks faster?

  The process was pretty easy but misleading. First part was roughly $40 once you processed that you had to continue to a third party to confirm your identity at another $20. This document cost me $60 which I did not expect.
