  I placed my order for my birth certificate 2 weeks ago it cost me about 80 bucks to be sent fast well to date I have not received it how long will it take im not going to pay any more for something that should have costed half of what I paid

  I applied back in December 2023 for a birth certificate for my grandson. Filling out application and verification was easy. Payment was easy too then I get an email to verify information on my daughter in law I sent that too which was verified. Here we are almost 2 months later and no birth certificate ??

  I ordered a certificate through this company. They emailed my confirmation of the submission requesting the certificate from the local government. Phone representative quoted ***** weeks. I called the local government office, and I was informed that I can get a certificate much faster through the vitalchek system. I was also informed that the request thst VRO claimed to have sent, was not received by the local government office. Their reps refused to refund the $54 that they charged me for a $28 document, and hung up on me when I requested that they remove my debit card information from their systems. Won't be using or recommending this company of scammers in the future.
