  I ordered my birth certificate thru vital records on Jan 3 **** and have yet to receive it. After paying $126 not sure if it's because I was born in *********** and now live in Georgia that the fee was so high. My order number is PDJ0Z5BS. I've contacted them 3 times by email never received a response called 5 times and never spoke to anyone. I would like a full refund

  5 stars to this service that is a total time saver and money saver because as the saying goes: "Time is money" and it was well worth what I paid them to complete this process for me! Very quick turnaround and great customer service make this company a definite go-to!

  First they advertise that you can pay for next day processing or "expedited" then you can pay additional again for "expedited" shipping to get faster. So the 10$ birth certificate is 80 bucks after its all said and done. I place the order the 5th, on the 16th they confirm it has been ordered. But wait..... after 5 days its still shows not even sent in the mail. So here it is 3 weeks in and I call them and they said it is in "pre shipment". And online it says estimated back to me in 4 months. So I go online and call the state and county for my birth certificate, they process online and in 3 days and 15 bucks later I get the document **** 5 days total!! and yet after 3 weeks I am still in "pre shipping" with this junk company!!

  Company charged $71.00 for a rushed birth certificate on 10/29/2023. The certificate arrived on 02/13/2024. When I contacted them they would not give a partial refund for the rush fee. They were very rude. They said I didn't do my job!. My job was to order and pay for the services. They did not provide the service I paid for. Period.

  Highly honest and responsive. I ordered a replacement Birth Certificate and subsequently found my original before they processed the application. Accordingly they promptly cancelled my order per my request and refunded the fee the same day.
