      I purchased the blu view 2 for my daughter about 2 months ago. It worked fine for about 4 days, then the battery overheated and stopped working. I contacted tracphone customer support, and they advised me to send the old phone back and they would send a replacement. *** called once a week for the last 4 weeks waiting for this replacement phone to come, 3 times I was told it was shipped yesterday so please allow 3-5 business days for your new phone to arriveIt never arrives. Today I called obviously frustrated, and they informed me that the new phone hasnt left their shipping facility yet, and could possibly take another month or more to come. The representative I spoke to refused to transfer me to a manager. Refused to give me a refund, even though THEY HAVE THE ***** I BOUGHT. I DO NOT recommend tracphone wireless to anyone. They have the worst customer service I think ive ever dealt with. When and if I ever receive this replacement phone, its going straight into the trash and I will never again purchase ANYTHING through tracphone wireless.

      T F ***** ! They wont and dont do what they promise. Theyre liars and are a bunch of incompetent F- - Kers. I had ******* built up minutes go by by because they were such a bunch of dumb ***** that they couldnt activate their own provided phone . Imagine that a wireless provider that cant activate their own supplied phone. I cannot use enough bad language to describe my encounter with those A- - holes.

      Tracfone lies about hotspot service! You will see hotspot offered with 8 GB, but, Tracfone DOES NOT offer a hotspot service.

      Go without a phone instead of this company!I've been trying to cancel a "plan" for months now and I don't even know how many phone calls, "chats" etc, I've gotten dropped or hung up on, or just left on hold for hours.Yes, hours! Why?? Because once you finally get a live one, you want to hold on for dear life!My elderly friend was flooded out of his home, he didn't have a phone at all for three months, but we finally got him a new phone and got it set up so he could at least dial 911.Since, he moved into a new home and has a landline, but keeps his cell phone so he's got a way for the comm center to contact him because, at age 81, he's still a member and president of the local volunteer fire company.He's having me do the computer stuff because he doesn't do computers, but this has got to be the ONLY COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH THAT REFUSES TO CANCEL A PLAN, or at least shut the damned thing off completely.I've done everything possible except changing his credit card number, in order for this to end.Should he have to do something like that? It's entirely doable, going to be a pain in the a** but not compared to this wretched company that has no regard for human beings and I can't believe any of the operators/agents enjoy working for them, they must hear a lot of foul language, which I normally try to refrain from using. I try my best to be nice but holy horse manure, enough is enough ************ needs to be shut down NOW!! If I could I'd personally go short sheet someone high up!!

      I've been a TracFone user for 20 years and was very happy with them until recently. I had to switch from my old 3G phone to a 5G Phone. They even provided a free Motorola phone for me. The transfer was horrible. I was on the phone with them for hours at a time for over a week. They finally sent a new SIM card and my number was transferred, but not my minutes. Their motto is "Unlimited Carry Over" of Data and Minutes. They refuse to honor the minutes I had on the old phone. I had over 4,600 minutes that I had paid for over the years. I look at this as a breach of contract and am very disappointed with TracFone. I will be switching to another service. I will not use their sister services either which include: Tracfone, Net10, Straight Talk, SafeLink, Telcel and Total Wireless.

      There is NO connection. My son talked on the phone to them for over an hour to find out what the problem is and they said they would call back. Ha Ha Ha. Of course, they didn't and they won't. At one point when my son was talking to them, he heard the guy snoring????? Go elsewhere. Never again for me.

      After 10 months of service, my phone quit working, had a broken screen and I had paid for coverage of any thing happening to it, made a customer service call while I still had coverage to replace with service, was referred to an indemnity web site where I was directed to file a claim, which I did. After a few days there was no notice from Tracfone or the indemnity company. I made another call to the customer service number and was directed to the " Warehouse" (not a warehouse), I also tried to pull the indemnity company up on my computer (from browser history) and got a " Web site for sale " prompt! I have made very many calls form my desk top computer < VOIP > Have been hung up on by " Warehouse " representees, told I would have phone in hand, even told I was to receive an upgraded phone, all missed service and activation by today, 1/16/2023. Today I was told that our agreement still stands but they are waiting for the tracking number. Every customer service representee on the service ticket number I have has told me all I have to do is wait except the one whom I had made the agreement with. She said I would have phone in hand in 1 to 3 working days. Today would be the third day, so I called as I have no phone. This is now my main complaint, they failed in their agreement to resolve my issue.

      I have been with them for years and have purchased a number of phones through them and loved them recommend them to everyone. I just went on their website to purchas a new phone through smart pay like I always do and the next thing I know the full amount of the phone came out of my bank account account which I did not have in there. And when I called to get it fix the employee said there is nothing they can do until I receive the phone and processed to tell me it was my fault because I went on the website and ordered from them.

      They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It didn't use to be this way, but apparently their merger with Verizon has made the system unusable. I purchased a phone about ten days ago, after many failed attempts to activate the new phone, dozens of phone calls and hours on the phone they decided to give me a refund. When I called to get the refund they began with we have to research and then when I raised my voice because frankly I have had it they hung up on me. They could not reactivate my blind sons original phone because they say the new phone is working. However when you look at the phone it is not activated. So now he is left without a phone, and until I can calm myself to continue with their poor customer service and ineptness I guess no refund either. At this point they can keep the cost of the phone because I'm not going to be this upset over 200.00 it is not worth it. Maybe I will try again tomorrow. If you want to keep your sanity do not use Tracfone. also not being but some of the people I have spoken to are extremely hard to understand. I have worked many years with people from other countries, so I think that I am pretty good at deciphering but this is next level. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

      If I could give them a zero I would. The customer service reps are rude. They will not unlock my phone that is paid for and then when I call to try to unlock it they said I have to get a plan arrive for 30 days and then they will unlock it. I see why everyone hate T-Mobile. Verizon is way better
