      I have tried multiple times to add minutes to my TracFone. Their automated support is garbage and when I finally got through to a live customer service person, they hung up on me twice (separate customer service reps). Their English was poor, and when they got frustrated with the call they simply just hung up. I was neither rude or impolite, so being treated unprofessionally like this was mind- blowing. I will not be supporting TracFone with my business any longer.

      My tracfone cell phone stopped working and was still under their warranty. When I called customer service, they gave me 5 different shipping labels to return the broken phone to the warehouse via **** None of the labels would open in my email. Tracfone customer service advised that I go to *** and share my email with *** so they could open the "Free" Shipping label in my email. *** could not open it either. When we clicked on the so-called shipping label, it took us to a map to their *** store. So, I needed my phone so I paid $21.00 for shipping at **** Tracfone customer service said once the warehouse receives the broken phone, they would immediately send the new phone. *** tracking indicated that the broken phone reached the warehouse on 3/31/23. Three weeks later, No Phone has been delivered. I called Tracfone customer service on 4-15-23, and they said that they are "just" getting the phone in their warehouse and it should be delivered in 3-5 business days. Tracfone phone didn't bother to notify me of the delay until I reached out to them! . It has been more than 3-5 business days and I still have NOT received a replacement phone and I have been paying for service for over a month without having a phone! This is totally unacceptable!!!

      I have never experienced such terrible customer service from any company as I have just experienced with TracFone (owned by ********* My experience started on January 24, 2023, as I needed to order a smartphone to replace the one (I had dropped it and the screen shattered) I was using. I might add that I have been a TracFone customer for years (since the ********************** website does not tell you the exact date you became a member). I ordered (Order Number: *****) a ******* reconditioned phone, as I had luck with a previous reconditioned phone from TracFone. When it arrived, I immediately called TracFone Support so that I could transfer my phone number to the new phone. Well, the reconditioned phone would not boot up. The TracFone representative told me I needed to return it and that once they received the phone, they would issue a new one. Thus started my TracFone issue Tracking Numbers from ****.After 27 telephone calls to TracFone, totaling approximately 230 minutes (thats 3.8 hours), over a period of starting from January 24, 2023, till my purchase price was refunded and showed up on my credit card on April 12, 2023 I was talking to TracFone customer service representatives that consistently could not understand what the issue was; would tell me that they cannot find my original order made on January 24th, and so on and so on. I was given 5 different TracFone Tracking numbers for solving this issue: Tracking Numbers: ****5499-3 / ****5499-4 (this TracFone representative told me that it should have been -4 and not -3) / ********* / ********* / *****39279.I will never recommend TracFone to anybody if they ask. I find it interesting that TracFone will take your money in a few minutes when purchasing a phone, but it takes almost 3 months, 27 telephone calls, and a waste of my time of almost 4 hours to get a refund. Go somwhere else if you're looking for phone plan.

      Customer service has to be trained. They also have to have reps to speak and understand English. Have been without a phone for 2 weeks. They are supposed to send me a replacement phone since I sent my old phone in and was received by Tracfone. Called 12 times since the first 11 times no one understood what the problem was and two gave me false information. They ask the same questions over and over again after they have been answered. THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND. Also, I got disconnected 5 times. The 12th call took about 20 minutes and he had some idea what I was talking about after I explained it 4 times. Doubtful what he said to me was true. No phone was sent out and I have no tracking number. You just cannot communicate with them. I got nowhere. So I paid for the service and have no phone. Will have to find another carrier, they are helpless. They keep telling me a phone was sent out on 4/7/2023 HOWEVER THAT WAS THE SHIPPING LABEL SO I CAN SEND IN MY OLD PHONE, WHICH I DID AND HAVE THE PERSON'S NAME THAT RECEIVED IT. They set up 2 ticket numbers, the first which has been cancelled and replaced with a new ticket to send a replacement phone and said I will hear something in 15 minutes by email and he will call me in 15 minutes. Never heard anything from either way.

      TRACFONE - They will ask you to purchase the *** cards for international calls - These DO NOT WORK. They provide access phone numbers to dial before you dial your international number, allegedly using the *** credits you have purchased. These access numbers DO NOT WORK. They will waste your time with customer service agents abandoning your chat threads, tell you to expect a call back (3 out of 4 times did not happen - this doesn't work), tell you to reboot your phone because they have reset your phone to work (this has never worked). And every agent you talk to has a different story - they don't refund the *** credits you purchased (but it is their phone system that can't use them - who knows what that scam is). Every agent has a completely different story on what can be done to make the *** cards work and what cannot be done - it is all fake information and scam fodder. HOW TO GIVE ZERO STARS ON THIS SERVICE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER? - and that is saying something for US telco's. The *** credits are a scam. Tracfone is a bigger scam.

      First I ordered a TracFone sim card for my current Verizon phone as directed by TracFone customer service. I installed the sim card and followed the instructions to cancel Verizon service and activate TracFone service, but nothing went right. So I contacted TracFone customer service and the lady told me to install the old sim card then walked me thru the process and the phone began to work. But....., I'm back with Verizon. I'm out $19 bucks for the sim card and TracFone service. Shame on Verizon for playing games with my time and money.

      Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! My daughter dropped her phone and broke it the same day I decided to add her line to another provider (that I already use). I called CS to get the phone number unlocked. We verified everything on the account with Tracfone, IMEI, email address for the account, & a code they even emailed to that email address. CS then insisted we provide the security code they KEPT on sending to the phone # for the phone that was BROKEN, but since we could not give them the verification code (WHICH THERE WAS NO WAY WE COULD GET IT SINCE THE ***** WAS BROKEN...) they would not unlock the phone number for her to take it to our new provider. They are holding the phone # hostage. I spoke to 4 different CS reps and none of them would transfer me to a manager to get it resolved, and one of them flat out hung up on me. They will surely have to go out of business when they treat their customers like this. They totally destroyed any chance we will ever be back and me writing this review will likely deter others from giving them their business. Unbelievable.....

      Well, I had over ***** minutes on my account, which mysteriously disappeared last week. I had 9 (NINE) chats and was dropped in EVERY ONE of them. Also three calls, no answers, no help whatsover. Apparently they could not care less. So I have lost over ***** minutes even though my account is good til november. Zero balance. This is without a doubt the VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!! And from all the previous complaints, I am quite sure nobody in the company reads these... and of course they cannot care less. They are STEALING MOMNEY FROM CUSTOMERS WITH IMPUNITY!!!

      TracFone Wireless customer service is the absolute WORSE that I have ever experienced!! I've spent 2 weeks and countless phone calls trying to get my service turned on. Every time I call I get the wrong information. I do everything the representative tells me to do, only to find out that that information incorrect. I've bought a total of 3 SIM cards per each representative's instructions, and my phone still does NOT work.If you're looking for good service and representatives that know what the h*** they're doing, stay clear of Tracfone Wireless!!!!They don't even deserve 1 star.

      After talking to 3 different " customer service" reps and sending a letter to the Executive Resolution center in Miami, Florida, my phone still will not work outside of my house. They do NOT care about their customers. Here's what I heard from the Executive Resolution center. NOTHING!!
