      This is not the first incident but this will be the last. I cannot stress this enough. Service may be cheap but customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We have tried for 2 days to get to a manager because of our service issues. Every time we ask, we get hung up on and then sent to a different person. At this moment, this is my 3rd call and I haven't been hung up on. The guy outright refused to send me to a manager and is trying to take Matters into his own hands. I am so disgusted by this company. Id rather pay quadruple the amount and get ******* or ***** I want a refund on my service from this month for it not working the way it should. This treatment of customers should be illegal and this company should be shut down

      I purchased a replacement phone from the tracfone website they made me buy a service plan upon purchase which is fine. When I set the phone up, they made me buy another service plan and said it part of the process. This was a free government phone but told me due to no activity it has been canceled and offered no resolution to reinstate my free service that I have had for years. I also paid for overnight shipping and the phone arrived 5 days later. The phone they sent was set up then it just quit working minutes later and will not do anything it's like it is just dead after charging it. Upon requesting a replacement, they told me they will not overnight the phone to me. This is my only phone and way of contacting anyone. When I set up the replacement, they will most likely force me to buy another service plan because like they said it is part of the process. I feel that they owe me some kind of compensation for this. At least overnight me the phone or give me a free month of service for this huge inconvenience I followed their steps and gave them more money when I already bought a plan so why did I need to buy another not to mention sending me a broken phone that will not work. I am just very frustrated with their customer service and feel they are just trying to do nothing to help resolve this issue that is not my fault and is no one's really because stuff happens but that is when the company should step up and help their customers.

      After being a loyal customer for a couple of years, they switched to the ******* network. I ordered my new SIM card, installed it, and nothing happened. I spent an hour on the store phone at Best Buy trying to get it to work. They tried so many codes it locked out my SIM card. Bought another one and nearly locked that one out, too, but I managed to get it to work with a 10 year old Tracfone I had laying around. Because suddenly my ******* Galaxy S8+ phone wasn't compatible. This took another two and a half hours. Then they cancelled my service because I didn't pay, even though I've been on autopay since day one. Got the number reinstated. Will keep it long enough to move it to ************ I couldn't understand tech support half the time, the other half they didn't know what they were doing. Tried the website today. It took them five minutes to ask me for my name and number after I stated my problem. After I gave it to them with no response, they said they were still waiting for it. Told them I already gave it to them. No more communication after that. 20 minutes of my day wasted. Worst experience ever.

      I got TracFone service for my son in college. They offered a $5/ monthly discount for signing up with auto pay, no contracts, cancel anytime. At some point, they stopped the discount without explanation. He went to study abroad 3 months ago, and I didn't realize he hadn't cancelled the account. I called to cancel, but the agent said she needed to send a text or look up 2 numbers he called within the last 2 months in order to cancel the account OR EVEN AUTOPAY. Obviously neither option would work, as he can't receive texts and hasn't been able to place calls from abroad on tracfone these 3 months. Thus, they refused to cancel and insisted they will need to charge my credit card for the next year. They suggested I contest the charge with my credit card! Now i'm stuck working with the credit card company each month for the foreseeable future. This is theft in my opinion, to refuse to cancel an account and insist on charging someone who said she doesn't agree or want the service. Plus 46+ minutes on the phone with their rigid supervisor.

      tracfone and safe link have poor service and try to get personal information and the phone still doesn't work. They require payment and request government identification. The customer service people quick to hang up and provide no service no matter how minor. The indian accent is difficult to understand and they give fake names. I stopped using safe link phones but the tracfone alone service is a wreckage. Americans personal sensitive information is at risk with this indian controlled mobile phone service.

      I have tried to get a replacement phone for the past 6 months. My defective phone was returned and accepted immediately. The only response from managers is to call back every 3-5 days which I have done with long calls to get to the same point. No phone is sent . They should replace the phone that I actually purchased. This is a horrible way to do business especially for seniors..

      Someone at Tracfone made an unauthorized charge on my debit card. I don't know how they got my bank card information. I ask for a refund on Thursday and was advised it was forthcoming. I called back the following day, my request had dissappeared and was not coming.The fact thatthey could access my account is scary.

      Title - Unlimited Talk Text Is NOT UNLIMITED I paid $200 upfront for Unlimited ********** & during an important phone call my phone went dead, TracFone deactivated my phone for good, after 5 calls to them to find out what happened I was told I used my phone too much as some calls were over 3 hrs they said it breached their ******************* even though they advertise UNLIMITED... CS was the worst, they were rude and unfriendly. Leaving for a new phone service that is courteous to the patrons that give them their job and will never use them again.

      this company had the worst customer service ever was asked for account # and pin number upon giving it to them i was told that my number couldn't be transferred because my pin # was wrong because i needed a transfer pin which i was never told i was only asked for a pin number

      straight talk mobile is the worse! I spoke with customer service to transfer my phone to them. I had ************* ready but the guy told me I needed a sim card and to purchase from them online. He said everything was good all I needed was a sim card and to call back when it came. I did, then they tell me after I get my acct# and transfer pin, That my phone was incompatible and that I could not transfer over to them and plus I had brought the wrong sim card?? after they told me, that was the one I needed?? This company is a joke. When I spoke to ***** he had a bad attitude and was very rude. He told me I could not get a refund for the sim card, and to send it back. when I asked him to connect me with someone else he told he he couldn't and I had to wait 15 mins then call back and speak to someone else! what kind of mess is that??? I will never deal with them again EVER!!
