2/17/25 Transaction ID ***************** I have ordered from this company in the past with no problems. This time I placed an order and a health rewards item comes up for $0.00. So, I continue to place the order. No where did it say it was going to be an on going membership for $29.95 a month. They also prevent you from seeing the invoice after the order is placed. I never would have made the purchase if I would have known it was a subscription. The only notification you get is from ****** with it being from Prime Commerce. No reference to Medilisk. I am requesting a full refund for the 3 months paid for this membership due to the fact that it was never made clear what benefits you were getting for the membership. 5/1/25 In December of 2024 I placed an order with Medilisk for a product. For the last 4 months Jan - April my credit card has been charged $29.95 for membership I never knew about or agreed to at the time the order was placed. As today is May 1st it is likely my credit card will again be charged $29.95 again. I am requesting a refund for $149.95 for all unauthorized monthly charges ********* and the membership be canceled. I ordered ear spray from Medilisk on March 15, 2025. The product was delivered by mail, and my credit card was charged the agreed upon amount, $32.96.That same month, my credit card statement had an additional charge by Medilisk for of $***** dated April 1, 2025. I did not order any additional items, nor were any ************ one answers, and there is no way to leave a message at the phone number listed on their website *************.I would like my $ ***** returned, and just as important, no more charges using my credit card. I am ********************************* for product I did not order and for a Health membership I did not order. They sent me in the mail 8 bottles of Hearing Restoration Spray charged to my credit card for ******. That showed up on my credit card statement in April. Two weeks later they charged me *****. Which I understand from reading reviews is a monthly bill from the company. I want a refund and to have the recurring bill discontinued. I received no indications of a purchase of any of this, only a bill on my credit card statement the 8 bottles did arrive at my doorstep but with no return address on the packaging. On March 7, 2025 I paid $70.91 for a product from this company. I did not subscribe to any program with this company yet on March 25, 2025 I was charges $29.95 taken from my bank account. Then again April 25, 2025 I was again charged $29.95from my bank account. By ordering a product and paying with my debit card Medilisk uses that same card for monthly payments. I have no subscription and only ordered a product from this company. I contacted them and advised that any subscription they entered must be cancelled yet the continue to charge my account.Business Response
