    My wife **** Ellen ****** ordered the quitstick medilisk 6/5/25 and when she ordered it came with a ***** charge for membership and she never signed up for but it says on website you can cancel ********** she called the number no one answered,they even say 24/7 365.Then she emailed medilisk to cancel membership. We would just like to cancel the membership right away so we dont get charged in 21 days for something we never signed up for .

    December 10th purchased Midilisk hearing aid spray, (3 month supply) then I was billed Dec.24th for *****, and every 24th of the month thru May 24th. Total of $250.61. My wife does the bills and had forgot to say something. I never signed up for this. Just wanted to try first. In reading complaints I noticed a few folks with this exact complaint.     I have email and call multiple time to cancel the membership that i did not sign up for. Still no response and it seems no one is answering the phone either. I want this to stop immediately.

    I ordered a product of theirs (that didn't work) and am now being billed monthly for a subscription (????) that I didn't authorize!The original order was for $42.91 (a so-called remedy for tinnitus), and the monthly "subscription" (counseling service... never got) for $13.95 has been withdrawn from my ****** account twice...once on 4/27/2025, and again on 5/27/2025. I never knew it was happening until I checked my ****** statement!

    01/16/2025, 02/03/2025, 03/04/2025 & 05/02/2025 (ongoing membership charges, since first order). It was unknown to me that I'd be enrolled in their membership program. They claimed that I should have cancelled my membership within 21 days, according to an unknown agreement. Totally unsatisfied

    This company sold a faulty product that did not contain what it advertised. Then, they continued to charge my credit card $13.95/month claiming I signed up for a monthly membership that I most certainly did not sign up for during my purchase. They also added my email address to mailing lists I did not agree to and have been spamming my inbox.

    There was an additional charge for $32.95 for a faulty product. This product was advertised to contain herbs it didn't contain and I am not satisfied with the product I received from this company. I want the additional charge refunded as well.
