I loved the products and had no issues with the company until I tried to exchange. Their policy says they will give store credit within 1 week of receiving the products back. I mailed the items out on July 10 and almost a month later, still no store credit for $72.12. There is no phone number to call and their customer service agent I am emailing with is a bot, I suspect. I have never had so many issues with exchanging items!!!Customer Answer

After I realized I would need to exchange a few items, I went to the comfrt website and followed their return/exchange policy. I had to email a specific email address, they started the exchange/return and gave me a label. I gave the label to the post office with the items to return. That was on July 10. I should have my store credit by now. I jumped through all their hoops.
Their policy: Returns Terms and Guidelines:
All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.
Please make sure to use the Loop Returns website and label to send back your return. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without using the label they generate.Please use your Loop Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.

My daughter received 2 hoodies as a birthday gift that were too big. I did an online return and sent them back on 7/17/25. The company does not issue refunds but said a gift card would be issued. This is fine because I would like to order a different size. I have emailed numerous times and received an auto generated response. It is almost a month and I have not received the gift card or even a response indicating when I should expect it. The company has no phone number.Initial Complaint

I placed an order and the product was never received. They insisted on shipping a new product to me and that product was never received. At this point I just wanted a refund. I had the feeling I was starting to get scammed. After requesting a refund they said yes we can issue that will issue it right away. Then they came back and said no we can't issue it because the product already shipped. Well that's not my fault. It takes you 3 days to respond. So a month of no product than when I insist over and over for a refund. Then all of a sudden the product had shipped and delivered. The products are very poor quality. Very cheap looking. Extremely oversized. Now they're insisting I don't get a refund. This is beyond ridiculous. Worst company ever. It's just a complete scam. Everything about this company is a scam and the fact that they pride themselves on supporting mental health is really insulting.. there's no phone number. You can't reach anyone and when you email them it takes days to hear back . Worst company ever. My next step is to dispute this with my credit card company but this is beyond ridiculous. May 1, 2025 date of transaction. July 14, 2025 shipped out. $197.25 is the amount spent on this order. I ordered a large amount of clothing from this business on pre-order. Upon receiving some of the items, as not all have even been shipped out although they were supposed to have with everything else, I noticed I was mistakenly sent youth sized shorts instead of adult shorts. I immediately reached out, they needed picture evidence which I provided and they admitted to making a mistake in fulfillment and told me to wait for instructions. I waited 2 weeks and finally reached back out. They finally provided me exchange/return instructions and offered an $18.60 e gift card for the business to repurchase the correct shorts. First of all, I paid $20.30 for the shorts so that's already not matching up. I get on the website to repurchase them and they're $49 not including shipping and tax. I have emailed the company several times and they keep sending me the return instructions which I have already sent the incorrect item back and they've confirmed it received. They will now not respond to any emails and are refusing to rectify or even acknowledge that they're asking me to spend exponentially more money on an item that I have already purchased. And I have asked twice about the missing hoodie with not even an acknowledgement. Which this hoodie was a $39 purchase.Initial Complaint

I made an order but seen it had wrong address. I emailed them **** but they said shipping company already had it. I contacted the shipping company who couldnt fix the shipping address because they dont ship to ********. They canceled the delivery and said it would be returned to company. Ive contacted the company who kept saying it was being delivered. I finally got them to check the correct order. Now saying it was lost. This company does not offer any refunds, only in store credit. From what I understand this is acceptable if the return policy is clearly stated at point of purchase which it is not. I would not have purchased anything, especially clothing if I did not have the option to return it. It does state they dont offer refunds only in store credit if you read the return policy. I bought a hoodie and sweatpants, they were way too big so I immediately returned them in the packaging they came in. I ordered several items from this company on 7/13. I contacted customer service via email on 7/24 checking on my order as tracking # shows We're sorry. We are unable to locate your package. Please contact the seller for further information. I got an email back asking to confirm my shipping address so I did and received this as another response from the seller Thanks so much for confirming your shipping addressIve noted it on my end. I'm not able to file a claim just yet, but please know that as soon as it becomes possible, Ill submit it right away so we can move forward with requesting a replacement. I still have not received an update at its been a week so I told the seller I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. Instead of honoring my request I receive this email on 7/31: Im really sorry for the delay with order *********its definitely not what we aim for, and I truly understand your frustration. Based on our tracking information, the package is currently showing as "unable to locate," so Ive taken the step to file a claim on our end. To help ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, could you please confirm your shipping address for a replacement? Once I have that, I can make sure everything is in order for delivery. I already confirmed my address and I requested a refund. They are completely disregarding my request. I filed a dispute through my credit card company and they still havent heard from them. Ordered childrens weighted hoodie sets in XS. Sizing is not as stated on website. Unable to order anything in a smaller size. Will not refund. Not right, and waste of my money.
