  Great commercials, nice product. HOWEVER THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I ordered a hoodie and sweat pants in March which I received in MAY. It didn't fit. Bottoms too big, Top too small. I tried to exchange the sizes and they never responded. I emailed them and recieved the same exact email. at least six times. Finally, They sent me a place to send it too so I did, now a week later, they emailed me to tell me they did not receive the hoodie back, which they have to have. *** doesn't steal...but someone there does. I intend on telling Instagram they are a fraud. They have no intention of making me whole. F*** them.

  Purchase at your own risk. Do not purchase unless you are 100% sure the items will fit and the color is right. They only offer store credit and not a refund. Plus theyll take the cost of shipping back out of your return and then add in some extra. They also are saying I paid less than what I actually did and are trying to keep more money. As per my bank statement, they are lying. Im returning items and I cant get a refund only a store credit which ***** because their items dont fit per the description or the look on the models on the site so the gift card is worthless to me. They are 100% lying about the models as Im the same height and nothing fits like it does on a model. Also the colors are horrible when you get them. Thera are manipulated online. You wont like what you get. Its like a brand that only exists for influencers to make money from advertising. Utterly disappointed.

  **************** is horrible. Can only reach them by email. A pair of lounge pants I ordered came with the side seam undone. I am 2 weeks of emails of they are "investigating" it. Spent $200 for my order.

  If I could give this company zero stars I would, but it isnt possible to do that because they make you click at least one star on here. That is how terrible this company is. Everything that you are seeing about it being a scam and them not refunding people for their money back is completely accurate. I just ordered four things from their company online about two weeks ago, ended up only receiving one item out of the four items that I ordered. No tracking number for any of the items was ever provided so I wasnt able to track where the packages were and when I reached out to the company for a refund for the purchases that I had made with their company for those four items, they told me that they werent responsible for giving out refunds and that I had to contact the carrier for a refund or to file any sort of claim in order to get my money back, which makes absolutely no sense at all because I didnt spend my money with the carrier. I spent my money at Comfrt. Unfortunately, I really wish I would have seen all these warnings before I went through with buying from this ******, scam of a company. It honestly needs to get shut down and the owner of the company needs to stop getting praise and credit for having such a wonderful company according to ******. Someone needs to start a petition to have this company shut down or at least pay back the people that its scammed because this is just ********. I have never been so stressed out and frustrated in my life ordering online. I will be reporting this company and taking them to civil claims court to receive the money back that they scammed me out of, along with money for all of this inconvenience. People should not have to go through this when ordering something from Online and the people who are doing this to other people need to get brought down and taken out of the game. I hope people are able to see this because more people need to know that this company is a scam so that people stop spending their money with them.

  This business is a scam. Placed an order for $100 and they shipped it to the wrong address. Reached out to them 8 days ago and they said they'd rectify the issue ***** hours and have since ignored my every email and social media request. I have proof it's the wrong address and they refuse to give me a refund or my order. I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Buyer beware.

  While I initially was quite happy with my product, it turned out that they stain VERY easily. I followed directions on the website for washing, I tried every trick in the book, and it still shows a very noticeable stain on multiple sweatshirts (and the "stain" was from a drop of condensation off of a cold cup so nothing that should have caused this). There is only an email address on their website to contact them so I reached out. At first they replied and I told them the situation; all I wanted was to exchange the sweatshirts for the exact same things. They asked me REPEATEDLY to provide the type of hoodie, order number, and color - which I did, repeatedly. It's like no one even read the email because it was going in circles just trying to get a resolution. I got frustrated and asked to be connected to a supervisor 10 days ago. No one has replied since and I have written 3 emails to follow up in those 10 days. The first time I reached out was May 20 and today is June 8 without a resolution. The customer service is horrible and they truly don't care about making things right with their customers. It's really too bad because the clothing is comfortable but it's a big price tag for an article of clothing you can potentially only wear once unless you want to go out with stains on your clothes that won't go away and always look dirty. I would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone.

  This is by far the shadiest company stay away Do not make any purchases from them They will take your money and send you nothing Beware they are deceiving fraudulent and corrupt they should be in prison. If you have to steal to earn a living then you belong in jail Do not do business with this company

  Worst customer service experience *** ever had. I ordered my daughter 2 hoodies and a pair of sweatpants because she loved mine. Order says it was delivered and I can confirm with my cameras it was not. I checked with all my neighbors and no one has it. Waited for the mail next day still nothing . Comfrt says they arent responsible for the shipping once it leaves their hands if the customer doesnt get it it isnt their problem and wouldnt refund or reship items. I will never order from here again .

  We ordered a sweatshirt for our daughter's birthday, the wrong one arrived. Wrong size, wrong color. The process is that you can return it, receive an e gift card less than what you paid for sweatshirt. So, in a nutshell, you lose money for the error on this company's part. BEWARE when you order.

  Want to return items I dont like and they will only give a gift card. That is robbery and unethical. Not refunding money is theft.
