I made my first purchase through Comfrt on June 11. As this was my initial experience with your brand, I wasnt familiar with the sizing. Unfortunately, the items I received did not fitmy sons items were too small, and mine were too largeso I returned them.Following the return, I received an unexpected email stating that I had been issued a gift card. When I reached out for clarification, I was informed that only store credit is offered for returns and that a refund to my original payment method is not an option.There are two concerns Id like to address:I was unaware that I would receive store credit instead of a refund, and I had already repurchased the correct sizes before receiving this information.I would prefer a refund to my original payment method, as I have no further use for a gift card at this time.I have attempted to resolve this issue through multiple communications but have not been successful. I was a first time customer for this merchant. I am a healthcare provider about to go on maternity leave seeking comfortable clothes at an inexpensive cost. I a little over $200 worth of ********** from this company and was not pleased with the quality and returned the items immediately. To my surprise I was issued a gift card when during the return process it has both gift card and return the card mentioned. I reached out thinking it was an error and they told me it is policy to only have store credit for non-pre-order items. I toldthem my situation of needing money as as soon to be first time mom and that there was no indication of no return to card during checkout process. The merchant refused to refund. On June 3rd, I placed an order with the company. This included a zip hoodie, sweatshirt, shorts, and sweatpants. I reached out to see if I could adjust sizing immediately after but they said I would have to exchange it after I had received it. I then emailed on June 18th and got an email back saying I received the order on June 7th. I then looked at the delivery link with pictures and know that it is not my door. Sent them the proof and they are telling me to fill out a police report with my neighbor if they do not give me my clothes. This is unacceptable and I should not be put in an unsafe position with my neighbor because they are afraid of losing out on $134 after their faulty delivery.Initial Complaint

Collections for an order that was cancelled and Tik Tok Shop said there is no problems and nothing was owed plus they took payment before they even processed the order. I originally placed an order with a company called Comfrt through TikTok Shop and paid using my credit card. One of the items was canceled, and TikTok Shop confirmed the cancellation was processed. I never received any communication from Comfrtno email, no invoice, no notice of any outstanding balance.Over a year later, I received a text message stating that I had been sent to collections. This was the first time I was made aware of any issue. Ive checked with TikTok Shop, and they confirmed that I dont owe anything. Additionally, there is nothing on my credit report reflecting any collections activity from this company, which makes the situation even more suspicious.Comfrt has provided no documentation or explanation of what this alleged balance is for. Since TikTok Shop charges customers up front via credit card, and the canceled item was never fulfilled, it makes no sense for there to be any outstanding balance. TikTok Shop maintains that everything is in good standing on my account.This appears to be either a mistake or a scam. Im requesting that this be resolved immediately and that any attempt to collect be stopped. There is no valid debt, and I will not respond to collection efforts based on an undocumented and unjustified claim.Initial Complaint

Comfrt needs to be more upfront with their return policy. They only allow exchanges which you can find in small print on their website. I placed an order on May 25th, 2025 in the amount of $146.92. Only one sweatshirt fit so I wanted to return the other 3. I found out that this is not possible. They would only offer store credit. Very frustrating but I thought I could use the store credit. On June 15, 2025 I tried to use the store credit. I saw the credit added to my order until I hit checkout. The confirmation email did not show that comfrt used my store credit. I immediately tried to cancel the order but this is not a possibility because comfrt doesnt have a customer service phone number to call. I emailed customer service explaining the situation. They informed me that they cant apply my credit since I already placed the order. I explained to them that I did place the order with the credit but the credit never went through. They apologized and assured me that I can get another store credit for the order I just placed. I just want to use the original store order they gave me. The business practices of comfrt seem pretty shady. I have bought multiple pieces from them and encouraged others to do the same. Sadly I had no idea they only allow exchanges and have terrible customer service. Buyer beware.Initial Complaint

I am very angry and frustrated. I have been emailing for a week with no response. I placed on order (order # *********) on MAY 26TH for a kids ************************ I received the order and received 2 sweatshirts. I had to go thru such a hassle to get the correct sweatpants finally sent to me which is ridiculous because that's their mistake. I then finally received them and they were too big. I then returned the sweatpants as they were too big and purchased a smaller size (size small) with order number ********* on JUNE 9th. I then received the package for the second order and yet again they made a mistake and sent me a sweatshirt and not sweatpants!!! Now 3 sweatshirts !!! Do their employees not read?? This is ridiculous. I am very angry. I need to be refunded to my mode of payment for this order. this is beyond ridiculous. I need the correct size small sweatpants overnighted to me ASAP. This is the worst brand and I will never be purchasing from them again. But I keep contacting them and have received no response and no help. This is ridiculous. I purchased a total of 5 loungewear sets (5 hoodies and 5 sweatpants/ 10 pieces total) from the company Comfrt on 05/01/25 for a total of $389.25 USD. I got the clothes delivered and they were huge on me so I went ahead and returned them. As soon as this return was made I went online and purchased the new clothes in the correct sizes this time. I went for 3 sets this time (3 hoodies and 3 sweatpants/ 6 pieces total) which were a total of $201.19 USD on 05/05/25. By this time I have purchased a total of $590.44 USD on Comfrt clothing and hoping to get those $389.25 USD back to the original payment method since I had made said return. Days go by and I get an email from Comfrt on 05/17/25 with my comfrt gift card for $387.59. Im very confused by this email because this is a store credit gift card so I emailed them. Turns out that their return policy states that they wont give you your money back but instead give you store credit so that you can spend it with them. How ridiculous is that? They hold your money and make you spend it with them? Why? I already got my clothes, I dont want any more clothes and I wont spend a total of $590.44 USD on loungewear. I refuse!! Thats insane. I want my hard-earned $389.25 USD back on my account because one- it is my money and two- because they cannot obligate me to spend it with them. That policy of theirs is unfair and completely unacceptable. They cannot tie peoples money to their company just because. That is very unethical on the companys part. I have never had an issue like this with any other company before, ever. Not giving people their money back after a refund shouldnt be allowed. I am very disappointed and upset. Comfrt is an online clothing store. They do not have a posted address or phone number. All communication must be with their email ****************************** 8/27/2024 I placed my first order (********). In late November I received my order. At that time it came to my attention I did not receive the correct sizes. On 12/3/2024, I emailed Comfrt requesting to exchange the wrong sizes for the correct ones.On 12/11/2024, while waiting for a resolution to the above issue, I placed a second order (*********). On 12/13/2024, Comfrt emailed me saying the could help. I. Late December I got an email notification saying there have been a changes to my order *********. They changed the sizes on the wrong order (the second order). The second order was never a part of the discussion. I requested the revert my second order to no avail. The second order was delivered in the wrong sizes as a result. I contacted Comfrt to return the products. They sent me a return label. I packaged the products, attached the label, and dropped it off at a local *** store. I tracked the package and endures it was delivered. Two months later I still have it received a refund. This company Comfrt from the very beginning has been a problem. I purchased some Comfrt sweat clothes decided to cancel and they went ahead and shipped Regardless of the cancellation they shipped. I returned the items and it took them 2 weeks to give me credit only and not refund my original purchase of my card. I went ahead and purchased some more sweats, but now they havent shipped and will not ship till July 1, 2025 even after placing my order on March *******. The only way to reach these people is through email. They dont have a phone number that you can reach them. I asked for a different size and now they are saying if I change my size it will be ANOTHER 91 days as of 07/01/25 BEFORE I GET MY ORDER. This is definitely bait and switch.. I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants from the company. They advertised expedited two day shipping for $14.75. I paid for it. When I received the tracking information **** reported that the package was mailed using their ground advantage service and would arrive two WEEKS after it is sent. In my past experience ground advantage reports a date that is inaccurate in **** tracking and items normally arrive about a month after the parcel is received by ****. I requested a refund for the entire order since I ordered it for a trip that I will be going on at the end of the week. comfrt said they couldnt do that because the items were already shipped, then I asked them to just refund me the $14.75 because the package would not arrive in two days, as they advertised. They have been avoiding my email and sending the same prepopulated responses to me that doesnt speak to my request. I am not trying to be unreasonable, Im just asking them for what is fair. Their avoidance of my request and not fulfilling their promised service is frustrating. Please help.Customer Answer

I finally received an email from the company stating that they gave me a shop refund of $15.20 and a **** card refund of $.21. I did not receive a shop cash refund. Im tired of the deceptive emails. Can you at least ask them if they are not going to honor the refund? Id rather they be honest and tell me that they are not going to pay me back, even if the service was not provided. At least it would bring closure to this for me. Please help.
