    I placed an order for two sweatshirts on April 19th. I changed my mind and canceled the order within 24 hours of making the order. According to their website pre-orders canceled within 7 days of the order can be refunded back to the original method of payment. In June the sweatshirts were shipped to me anyway. I wrote to the company and said I wanted to return them but initially they would not let me return them until I filed a claim with ******. I ended up getting a shipping label email to me that I could return them so I ended up returning the sweatshirts and then they issued me a store credit. I told them I did not want the store credit I had canceled my order within the 7-Day time period and it was a pre-order. I received an email that all refunds were done across the board to make it fair but according to their website I should have never received the sweatshirts in the first place this has been a nightmare. The fact that I've had to repeatedly email this company and they're not abiding by their own refund policy is disturbing. I want the money refunded back to my ****** I do not want to store credit I want nothing from this company. I've placed a couple orders with this company. Some of the sweatshirts have been fine and very comfortable the other ones ordered with the same exact sweatshirt but at a different time appear to be made with a much cheaper material. From what I've seen with their return policy it's very disturbing. I want to make sure that anyone who researches this company sees what other people have went through and protect themselves or think about if they really want to place an order with this company.

    I ordered on 7/25/25 a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt totaling $79.13. They said it was delivered. it was not, and they cannot show my proof that it was. I am supposed to take them at the word. I have ordered in the past, and there is NO way these would fit inside my mailbox, so they have been delivered to the house. I have reached out to the 4 different emails and have not seen a response back. I don't know what to do at this point. order number #*********. I would like my order or a full refund. ****!

    I placed an order last month for two hoodies and sweatpants, that were available and in stock. Not back ordered . A week after I placed the order I inquired about why the order didnt ship and I was told they were waiting for a shipment of the items. I advised that I didnt want the sweatpants if the hoodie was not going to ship as I wanted the outfit for my trip in October. I was never told that the hoodies were now pre order and due to arrive in November. This past weekend I saw my sweatpants shipped so I sent an email asking about my hoodies and were told they wouldnt be available till mid November. Im aggravated because I didnt purchase them as pre order, they were in stock so I was told an item that was not available. And they shipped my sweat pants knowing I didnt want them without the hoodie. And now , I am trying to return the sweatpants and they are only offering me store credit. This is a scam. If they told me the first time I reached out that the hoodies were back ordered until November I would have cancelled the entire order then! But now because they miscommunication with me I am out money for the sweatpants. I want my money for the sweatpants back.

    Like everyone else I am on a budget. I decided to splurge and buy some comfrt clothing as it supports mental health. Upon delivering my product *** left my product too close to one of our animals (I will be filing a report against them as well). When I reached out to Comfrt I was essentially told they would not send me a new pair of pants (so much for a business claiming to be about mental health) and caring about its customers. They offered zero help in this matter, not even to contact *** themselves to try and work out a solution.

    I placed an order at Comfrt for a sweatshirt and sweatpants in early july Order #*********) when I received it, it was too big and I sent I back so I could get a smaller size on 7/22. I am owed either a refund of almost $70 or a new smaller outfit but I cant get the company to respond to any of my emails and they have no phone number. It has been over 3 weeks and they have not issued anything and wont communicate with me. Buyers should beware this place is an absolute nightmare and scam - they have literally taken my money and ghosted me. I will attach my last email - they just dont care and dont respond and laugh all the way to the bank

    I was sent an e-gift card as a refund after returning 2 items that did not fit. I have repeatedly tried to use the gift card to buy replacement items in the correct size. I continue to get the following error message: this card has no funds remaining. *** reached out to customer service via email (there is no phone number available for more efficient communication), but my problem has not been addressed. I am owed money for the return I submitted. This company seems grossly understaffed and unable to properly handle its customer service load.

    They have a "store credit only" return policy that they do not clearly show that before checkout. They only have an email that you can contact with issues and they are unresponsive. I got one real response and then every time I tried to continue the conversation, i got the same stock email from the same "Representative". They also appear to be one of those companies that is ALWAYS on sale, which has been a target for class action attorneys recently for deceptive business practices. I have never seen them full price, they're always on sale, and they're almost always '70% off sitewide'The only way to get your money back is to do a chargeback on your credit card. You cannot speak to customer service because you will just get the same email response. and for the record, I bought the Travel Essentials bundle with hoodie and sweatpants, which they ~say~ is $200, but it's been basically permanently 'on sale' for $54.50

    I purchased two hoodies from this company. One of them was too big. The return policy says no refunds, which is fine; however, it allows exchanges for a different size. When I sent it back, it turned out that they won't send me a smaller size. I need to wait for a store credit, then I have to re-order a new one and pay for the shipping again. I sent the product back 2 months ago. The tracking stopped tracking after 6 days. I contacted the company and apparently it takes that long for the restocking and they know that it is frustrating, they cannot do anything about it. No money, no store credit, no product. This is a pure scam.

    I placed an order on July 24, 2025 and immediately realized after placing the order that ***** pay load my parents house as the delivery address in another state. Within 2 minutes of the order I reached out to get this corrected but when they responded I was told it is already processed. I had the unopened package returned to them for a refund. They received the package on July 30, 2025 and it still has not been processed as of 8/7/25. The customer service *** said once proceed I would only receive a gift card and not a refund. Considering the circumstances and the fact the package was never opened I believe this warrants full refund to the method used to pay. If you stand behind your product and want to provide good customer service you should be willing to refund the customer.

    I placed an order on 7/14/2025 that I never received. On 7/16/2025 I received an email stating my order would be delivered 7/18/2025 via LaserShip. On 7/19 I received an email stating my order is running late. I kept tracking my order to see if there was a delivery update. On 7/21 LaserShip stated they were unable to locate my package and to contact the seller for further information. I sent several emails, they don't list a phone number to call, and finally received a response on 7/24 from a ****** stating the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and asked to confirm my shipping address. I responded with my address and that they have delivered a previous package to the same address without any issues. On 7/25/2025 I emailed **** asking for an update. On 7/28/25 **** emailed me stating they were looking in to it. I sent another email on 8/1/2025 asking for an update and have not received any further communication.
