Ordered some sweatshirts and one came stained. Reached out and heard back right away. I was told they were going to exchange it and I would get it with the free shipping and discounted price I paid for it. The link the *** sent was just for a return and she would send the return label. After this I never heard back. I emailed 6x asking for a return label and she ignored me. Reached out to the general mailbox and they are ignoring me. Im stuck with a stained sweatshirt that my child cannot wear and another sweatshirt I do not want.Initial Complaint

I purchased two blankets but only one blanket was delivered, see picture attached, there is only one big box . I have send at least 4 emails with no response from Comfrt. All I want is either my other blanket or to be reimbursed $70 for the missing blanket.Initial Complaint

Items received were not accurate sizing at all. Ordered 2 sizes smaller then I typically do in clothing and it was still ginormous on me. That is also the smallest size available. When I returned item in perfect condition I was told I would only get credit despite them accepting returns of their products for others and via TikTok shop. Since there was a lack of accurate sizing accuracy there nothing that will fit me and if the sizing had been correct I never would of ordered. This is feeling very much like a scam.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase with Comfrt and as with a lot of online purchases, I rely upon the reviews listed to decide if and what to purchase. I wasnt happy with my purchase so I left an honest review. I was surprised at all the positive reviews and I went back to check that my review was listed and it appears that Comfrt hides negative reviews from their pages. In my opinion this is a pretty shady thing for a business to do. Would love for them to add my review to their site as a resolution. On March 14 i preordered a set from the company and also added shipping protection. On May 31, I received an email stating the order was shipped. The last time i ordered with this company, it took a while to get the order so i had not followed up to track it until July. When reaching out to the company they told me at first their records showed delivery on June 1 and then May 31. They told me to follow up with the shipping company. The shipping company stated that although i paid for protection, I could no longer file a claim since time has passed. I checked my ring cameras and NOTHING was delivered to my house on either day. There is also no proof of delivery being offered by the companies.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Comfrt on May 4, 2025. The items were delivered on May 9, 2025. Unfortunately they were way too big, so I returned them following their website instructions through **** on May 12, 2025. I waited until July 2, 2025 to contact them because I had not received a refund. I confirmed with **** that Comfrt picked up my return package on June 13, 2025. **** also confirmed that Comfrt confirmed that they received my return package on June 16, 2025. I have received 6 emails from them which I have answered and provided the requested documentation. With the latest email they stated I would not be receiving a refund because I had not followed their return instructions which I did. Otherwise how would I have retrieved the return address which you can only get thru their Refund Policy. I followed this through ******************************. I would like to be refunded $114.48 for the items I returned in May.Customer Answer

On July 23 I received an email from Comfrt stating they are making an exception for my return and offered me an in store gift card in the amount matching what I am expecting a refund.
This is not the outcome I was looking for. Since I followed their directions and returned the items in a timely fashion, I am looking for a full money reimbursement. Your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a sweatshirt and matching bottoms and the day of arrival my package was not at my door. I contacted veho and they stated my package was misdelivered. I the. I recently ordered 4 things and realized that they are nothing like what I have gotten before. I have 3 sets of sweat-sets that I adore, and even bought one as a gift. I absolutely love them and I'm constantly telling everyone about them. However, when I received my new pairs, I noticed they didn't fit me the same at all and I can't even wear them. This sizing is completely off and I ordered them in all the same sizes that I currently have. I also compared them to my old ones. This made me really upset, and I decided that I just wanted to return them. I spent $144.16 on something I expected to be the same as before. I don't want to exchange them for different sizes considering those might not fit either, which is why I just want a refund. I also placed the order on thursday and it's only tuesday. I contacted customer service and they refuse to do a refund, only store credit. It's unacceptable to not give my money back considering their product is wrong.Initial Complaint

I tried to go about getting a cancellation and refund on the order maybe 15 minutes after completing and per the website, they do not do refunds unless its a pre order. I was not informed of this policy before paying and ordering. I have emailed them as well and waiting on a response
