      This office manages our HOA, and repeatedly attempts to overcharge tenants for fraudulent debts. The latest incident occurred this week, when tenants received bills for late fees and interest charges on HOA payments which were delayed by mail delivery on account of Hurricane ******. Fortunately, our local ********** intervened and deleted these fraudulent charges, but rest assured Sentry will try it again. As our condo building is largely populated by seniors, they are in flagrant violation of Florida statutes protecting seniors from predatory financial schemes.

      We appreciate feedback but disheartened at your less than positive perception of Sentry Management. It may help to better understand our role in your community. We are privileged to assist the Board of Directors in the day-to-day administrative functions of managing a community. We do not charge homeowners anything, All assessment fees and any late fees are paid to the association and are dictated by the governing documents. We have no authority to make any changes to the fee schedule without Board approval. We are happy that this was resolved satisfactorily and hope that some clarification of our role is helpful.

      Ive only had a few interactions with Sentry year to date, The interactions I have had however, have been positive and efficient. I submitted a couple of Modification Requests for my condo this YTD and both were quickly processed through Sentry and passed on to our Board for follow up and approval. Our current Property Manager H, is courteous and efficient. We are satisfied overall.

      We live in the ****** of *********. We want to express our thanks to our HOA manager ****** for her dedication to her work and her care for our home owners. Whenever we sent an email with an issue of our home, she always responded and arranged service people in a timely manner. She is the best!

      Here at ************************ we have not always been pleased with Sentry Management. When they took over Your Peace Of Mind Management it was a big under taking. And we tried to be patient but getting our priorities met was a challenge. We went through too many community managers before we were assigned our present manager.Her name is ****** ****. We have had very positive results since she signed on as our community manager.We have good communication with her and she understands our goals and has been working hard on getting those goals met.       Charged unexplained late fees and assessments from HOA with no explanation. Followed up with company multiple times with no response. When we did get a response, and had follow up questions, the employee had an automatic out of office that stated "I receive a high volume of email requests daily, and I am diligently working to respond to all emails as quickly as possible. Note: sending multiple emails regarding the same matter will only dely my response."We ended up paying the billed fees still with questions because they continued to add late fees....even though they would go months with no response to our questions (even when we followed up each month).Horrible customer service. We are actively looking to move because of our experience with the ****

      Sentry has been our property management company for 2 years. They have never come out here to meet us. Slow to respond or handle concerns. Poor communicators when there is a change we should be made aware of. Doesnt feel like a partnership. Feels like they are taking our monthly HOAs fees and not properly taking care of our property or concerns in our neighborhood. Very frustrating. Hard to work with.

      ******* ******** had been an amazing manager, its only been a little over a month and we can already tell the difference between this manager and our last. She has worked diligently to ensure that our vendors are doing what they are contracted to do, as well a managed our accounts and found an over $5000 missed payment to our association that our last manager missed. We as a board are thankful for her!
