      ****************************** is absolutely phenomenal. I never thought my wildest dreams that having to paint my house and keep a few other things was gonna cost me so much but then after getting with ******************* and things seemed to calm down, I think we got everything worked out and she was just absolutely phenomenal all along the way, personally working with her for the past month or two has been great. My life was not going the greatest and then I got hit with this and she helped me throughout each step and Im hoping we got everything rectified and everybodys happy now that Miss ***** is truly awesome .

      I like to say that my experience with the management at the ************************ has be very positive and professional at all times. I understand how challenging managing the community and it's resources would be but I am impressed with the attention and maturity with which our management team of ********************* and his team are always prepared to keep Bella Terra a community that is up to date on matters that really count.

      They have done well in our small community. Each time we have needed extra attention or questions answered, they did their best to timely reply. Hopefully, the fees will not substantially increase.

      This company is extremely poor quality. They charge a lot, hire expensive contractors that have poor work ethics, do work underneath industry standards and jeopardize safety. Trees are not trimmed, roofs are leaky and the roofers hired charge to do work as badly as the one before, who was fired. The manager socializes with board members and neglects his duties. The yard debris is blown on our porches, the grass is destroyed by heavy machinery, the pond is filthy, but they charge each owner $600/ month. When we call, they behave as if they pay us, and make us a favor to pick up; completely shameless and rude. They have double standards against owners who speak their minds; absolute discrimination. Our board is old people who are either benefiting themselves or just unable to comprehend the rip off. Some are really cozy with the manager who visits their property, outside of regular meeting times. Find a good manager and save money. STAY AWAY.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and perception. Oftentimes homeowner do not understand the role of an association management company in their community. We do not hire vendors. We are not property managers. We do not charge owners assessment fees. We work at the direction of the board, and according to the association governing documents. We are not the decision makers for the community, but do work to ensure that the normal course of business for the association is within state statutes. We are disappointed if these are your experiences. It does appear that you care a lot about your community and we would encourage you to attend board meetings to make a positive difference.

      This is the second community Ive lived in managed by Sentry, and so far, everything has been excellent and handled professionally. My previous experience with Sentry was outstanding, and in this new community, *******************, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make the transition smooth and enjoyable.
