      Awesome company, I worked with them for nine years and they did everything possible to make our community wonderful. The company that is in charge where I now reside is terrible. Residents are not respected and everything is in shambles. No support from upper management.

      We are sorry your perception of Sentry Management is less than positive. Transitions can be challenging, and no matter how diligently information is gathered during any transition, service interruptions can happen. Without more information, it is difficult to pinpoint the reason for the challenges described. It is important to note that management companies work at the direction of the ***** of ********** We do appreciate your feedback and will use it in an effort to improve our services.

      I live in a condominium community in Phoenix AZ for which Sentry Management , Inc. is the property manager.

      My complaint concerns their third rate bookkeeping practices along with concerns about the community manager who defends their incompetence rather than trying to correct the situation.

      The accounting staff in FL does not understand the need to close a fiscal period. This means that once a month has been accounted for, the numbers should not change.

      Very simply, how does anyone know which set of numbers is truly the correct set for a given month if they keep changing???

      When I told our community manager that his practice is wrong and must be stopped, she told me
      that I did not understand "HOA accounting". This is utter and complete nonsense. (I am a retired CPA who has worked in a number of different industries).

      The concept of the "time period principle" is the same in ALL industries. The magnitude of this women's arrogance, ignorance, and chutzpah is beyond astounding to me.

      My recommendation is to avoid Sentry Management.

      I gave them one star because it is not possible to give them negative stars.

      Sentry probably is a great company but unfortunately the President Nicolle McGraw with Brookside neighborhood is protecting the deception of President with HOA Board knowing there is violation in consumer protection rights and diversity is at huge risk. Please investigate, will be seeking massive legal action in the future. Demanding $6500 from every household even if they don't pay monthly fees but not willing to put in writing will deliver services knowing there is lack of deliverance in paid services--subjecting to lien & judgement. City hall initially held on 3/4/23 then recently on 11/1/23. Solid evidence of emails hiding details from manager and replacement for protection of president of HOA.

      The worst management company in Florida. Unethical, unprofessional, not accesible, not knowledgeable. They have taken 5 months to respond to a simple fence request and I'm still waiting for the response from Michelle ******** the Division President and Mr. ****.

      Candace is always responsive to my queries timely and obtains answers and explanations . She is courteous and a true professional in her communications, although a few times we might disagree on some things.

      Sentry is a large corporation so there is a hierarchy of command so sometimes things get muddled but overall they do their best in resolving issues even though we are a small fish in a big pond.

      Sentry has new management and their business costs has become more expensive. Now charging for things not considered before but I understand costs do go up.

      We just have to operate more efficiently and watch our expenses !

      I have been a vendor of Sentry Management for many MANY years and find them to be one of the BEST in the industry. Every management company I work with has its ups and downs but my favorite thing about Sentry Management is that they give back to the community. They do everything by the books and are continuously training their managers with the latest, greatest of knowledge, technology and processes allowing them to always be on their A Game. Kayti, Victor, Birgit and Candace are some of my favorite managers I have worked with recently but everyone on their team is spectacular!

      We moved to a subdivision under Sentry management from a community under Kramer Triad in Belleville MI and our experience with Sentry has been unbelievably refreshing after dealing with Kramer Triad for 4 years. We submitted an approval request for a generator and their customer service department was quick to respond, we had everything completed, submitted and in front of the board in less than two hours. The negative reviews are clearly from people who haven't dealt with crappy management companies, after being stuck with Kramer Triad for longer than I ever would have liked this has been such a positive and pleasant experience. If we had tried to get this accomplished with our previous management, it would have been months and months before we even received a response. The entire community is beautiful as well!! We are very happy we made the move! 5 stars!!
