      I was vice president of the Condo Association board when we were looking for a new Management Co. We interviewed five companies and Your Piece of Mind (now Sentry) was one of them. We were very impressed with the layout of their office, their checks and balances, their numerous employees and their entire system! Many years have passed since then, and I am still just as impressed with them! Phone calls are returned in a reasonable amount of time. You do not have to speak to your manager to get updates because anyone who answers the phone can help you. That alone saves a lot of phone tags! I would recommend Sentry Management to any association. I am sure you would be impressed, as we were, if you just interviewed them!

      We have had Sentry Management for our condo complex since the early part of 2023. All I can say is, so far so good. Our management representative, Hannah, handles any issues, questions we might have, and finds answers for us. I like what I see so far,

      lousy communication with these people, get threatening letter for legal action for stains on the roof, and you ask them questions, concerns no one responds, NO ONE, I'm going to have to hire an attorney myself and bring legal action against them because I am going to lose a 9000.00 fence contract I am trying to get done and again NO ONE has responded close to a month, looks like I'll be selling and getting away from these people.

      As the president on a townhome community of 88 homes, working with Sentry for three and a half years, I recommended and our board made the decision to move our management contract elsewhere. The Sentry system appears to have all association communication go through the community manager. Responses from Sentry come back to the manager, then to the association. It is difficult to tell if the manager is the problem or if accounting simply does not care whether invoices are charged to the correct accounts. The manager may or may not seek proposals from multiple vendors when requested. Managers appear to not share information about service providers to allow the association the opportunity to take advantage of the large number of managers employed by Sentry. Checks may be issued within a week, or take months. The process for terminating the management agreement requires a ninety day delay or pay for management services for three months, with no service, or both.

      Once an agreement to terminate is reached, Sentry may choose to keep records from the new management company as long as they please. If you choose to use Sentry, be sure to have a clause in your contract requiring release of records within 5 business days of the end of the contract to facilitate transfer to the new management company.

      I am a USI insurance account manager who has worked with Sentry Management for the last couple years on renewing client's insurance and their needs. Candace ******** has been very helpful in the renewal process. I appreciate her quick reactions to needed information and just being open to anything that is required in the entire process.

      Candace and Sentry are 5 stars. We have a large HOA community and they handle the financials and community needs. Always reliant and available. Candace is a professional and directs our community in the right direction. A+. Thanks!

      I have contacted the management more than 4 times with photos and videos of a draining issue. The office is quick to respond to the correspondence; however, the maintenance staff LIE to the office to say the issue is resolved and it's not. I have a forrest growing in my gutters, a downspout that is directed directly into the foundation causing water damage and mold. This has been going in for a year. Time to set up an escrow account for my HOA fees at the county court. This has been trying and annoying. The dishonesty and lack of actual oversight is gross and immoral. There is no follow-up to see that work has been completed satisfactorily or to standard.

      Our property manager, Candace ******** is very quick to respond to questions and concerns. She does a good job of facilitating our meetings and always comes prepared.
