1 starDISGUSTING, DISCRIMINATING & UNPROFESSIONAL. I won't go into too much detail about what they did to my clients (Sellers I represented on a transaction). From making fun of my foreign clients' accent, being completely useless, hanging up on me and the title company facilitating the transaction, to ignoring all of our emails and calls -- this company should never be in business. I will gladly blast Sentry Management on social media and ****** for the world to avoid making a mistake of hiring them. My clients and hundreds of other people who have to deal with your heartless disgusting staff do not deserve this treatment. They are paying your salaries and you make fun of them dragging everyone through h*** Put that on your resume because you are about to lose your jobs.Sentry Management, Inc.

We are very disappointed to read this second hand feedback. We have reviewed the matter and found that the homeowner referenced above painted their home without approval in January. In the process of attempting to sell their home, the homeowner and/or title company contacted Sentry to determine next steps in resolving the violation. Sentry did not ignore any emails or phone calls. We pulled recordings of phone calls and acknowledge a dropped call with the title agency. The second call with them was productive and we provided all of the information needed for resolution. The homeowner was served in person at the local division office and left satisfied. Three team members took the time to assist with this matter. Our team members are focused on providing exceptional experiences for the homeowners we are privileged to assist. We would appreciate the removal of this review, as the disparaging remarks are untrue, slanderous and do not in any way represent Sentry Management or our team members. We have reached out to the brokerage firm about the above derogatory comments, and will also reach out to the former homeowner in an effort to confirm the factual account of events if this review is not removedReview fromphillip e.

1 starabsolutely the worst company. being the head of my POA, I have had nothing but problems with this management company. Lack of communication and not providing the service they are paid to do for the community. ******************* who is the manager of my region has no professional or ability to manage the people under him. 2 starsHaving been an owner, manager, troubleshooter, and problem solver for real estate and other ventures since the 1960's, I would give ***************************, Community Property Manager, a FIVE rating. The Board of Management for Heron ***************************** in ***********, ********, is generously given a TWO. Address is ***********************************, Having been an educator/college professor since the 1960's, I would issue grades of A and C-, respectively.I do not want to repeat the story of working for three days a thousand miles away to locate gas leak in the wall and repair and replace line and patch and repaint wall and ceiling. I kept a man on site to work with ***************** HOA and HVAC. This occured July *****, 2023. The Board would not reimburse anything. ****** kept listening. On Saturday, March 16, 2024, I received a check for $500 which I have donated to ************* here in *****.Sentry Management, Inc.

5 starsHelpful and Timely- ******** has been a helpful source of information when I have had questions with any HOA issues, responding and sending me documents quickly. I also appreciate her help with HOA fees and again her response time is a fast turnaround. She has always been friendly and polite in any interactions.Sentry Management, Inc.

1 starthis is a low-life scamming company that only has there own interest at hand. They field a bunch of lackeys to answer phone complaints but do nothing but support the condo owners or renters. Lcam manager at property in ******* makes ***** per year steals other funds and sells ac filters, shame on them.Sentry Management, Inc.

1 starSentry Management has inept workers. They deserve -5 stars I am on the *** Board and made multiple purchases and asked for credit months ago at different times- I shouldve had over a $700 credit in my account and it only reflect $100 plus I just had to send one email a fourth time to get approximately $300 back. We left a previous management company (***********) because they were taking money and charging multiple times for fees, we had no service providers taking care of our community, but our account was always depleted by the end of the year. We came to Sentry- trusted them and theyve failed us. We asked to review previous records from that old management company and they finally admitted (after a year) that they couldnt locate them. And said they had to have shredded them and had proof that hard copies had been dropped off. The other company kept charging us for storage of records that had been in my garage- Sentrys lack of admission to destroying records early on interfered with the statute of limitations- too late to call the other company on taking money for records they were no longer storing.I like that you can speak with a live person at Sentry, but none of these people are truly capable of proving you with the help you need. When you request callbacks from superiors or leave VMs on the board line- it will be months, and still, no one response, but meanwhile, Sentry gets their pay.Our new manager- ***************** is lackadaisical and lethargic when it comes to working. Her follow up and follow through is poor. You can send detailed emails and leave messages and things arent done properly. Ask for a phone call from her to relay specific information- and in turn, she refuses to follow up with an email and wants you to email the talking points to her. She gets paid to provide a disservice to the communities (however small) that are paying for the disservice. *******- her supervisor- is well aware of the request for a new manager- he fails to call.Sentry Management, Inc.
