      Poor lawn care and untreated areas of the property. Whoever in *** that manages Coralbell Ln of ********* buildings 8-10 does respond to concerns. The grass is knee deep high and has not been cut since March. Meanwhile, the surrounding buildings that have "front view" get full maintenance. There's trash build-up all over the ground that has also gotten out of control. Whoever they do hire always just leaf blows it behind other things to cover it out. There's no upkeeping to **** trimming and wild weeds that need to be pulled. The floors of the units are completely yellow due to pollen building up that could use power washing including under the steps. HOA has been contacted twice specifically due to the lawn care so that tenants can at least SEE where they are walking and no one has provided any updates.

      We are disappointed that you have this less than positive perception of Sentry Management, formerly CSI. As you may be aware, the landscaping vendor disappeared and the transition to a new vendor is not a fast one, due to the bid process and Board contract approval. All work orders are being addressed, and updates have been provided.Oftentimes homeowners are not aware of the role Sentry plays in their community. We work at the direction of the Board, who are a group of volunteers, working hard to make the best decisions for the property owners. We assist them with the day to day administrative duties associated with managing their community, and help ensure the governing documents are adhered to. We will share your concerns as we finalize the process of securing the new landscape vendor.

      Our association has been served by Sentry, the ******* company, now in ****, for over a year. There are many good practices in place and appear to be very conscious of legal issues that can arise with ************** However, we had mediocre service from our past property manager for a year. We had issues with the company getting payment coupons to owners on time 2 years in a row. i wrote a letter to the president of the company but received no response from him. There was about 4 months, while the company was trying to get us a new assigned manager. During that time we got temporary help from a good manager, but she already had a full load of her own. She was certainly helpful, but we did not have the full service we were paying for during that time. Within the last 2 months we got a newly assigned manager. She has been working diligently to serve & assist us and has been a pleasure to work with. I am hopeful that this is going to be a great service relationship.

      Sentry including ****** did an excellent job of assisting our co owner with an urgent issue of water intrusion. The resident is very happy with the results.

      Sentry Management is the worst Management Company. They do not respond to emails and texts. Our community looks like the ghetto. Our bulk area is always overflowing in spite of calls and texts. Our condominium sign has fallen off. We have broken blinds, patios used for storage, The outside of some buildings have large amounts of green algae. Our fences are falling down. Our bylaws are not being followed. The residents no longer get notified when our management company is holding meetings so we cannot speak to anyone about these issues. We do not get copies of the minutes of these meetings. These are some of the compaints and this has been going on for years. This management company is fairly new but nothing has changed,. They have had enough time to rectify these issues.

      This company relies on fraudulent fines. They send HOA fee change notifications after the initial due date, followed by late notifications delayed by two weeks from the printed date on the letter. Their imposition of recursive fines makes it impossible to catch up, and they compound fines on top of existing ones. Avoid any association with this company!

      It is not uncommon for homeowners to lack an understanding of our role in their community. Sentry Management does not impose fines. Each Association's governing documents dictate the assessments, delinquency process and fines associated with late payments, violations, etc. ********* of Directors determine when increases take effect as well as, in most cases, when homeowners are notified. Without more identifying information we are unable to review this homeowner's account in our system.
