    when I registered with Svelt media, I paid an amount which I though was a one time deal.I discovered I was charge May 15 and June 17, 2023 on my credit card. I didn't approve for these to be taken on my credit card. I didn't even know it was a monthly subscription until yesterday (june 19th). so because I wasn't aware of that, I want a full refund of thest two months which I didn't authorize at all. thank you.

    Hi, 

    This customer purchased one of our programs and opted to a 7-day free trial subscription.  She failed to cancel the subscription after the trial which causes her card to be charged monthly.  
    The subscription was canceled and other one time fee.  Email sent to the customer with the refund amount/transaction id numbers.

    Hello,My name is ********************* ********* and I would like to request e refund of an unauthorized charge on my cc ending with ****.I have noticed a cc charge of $49 from Svelte Media, Inc. that I have not authorized with the following reference number #****** on June 5th, 2023.On May 29th, 2023 I bought the Metaboost program for my mother "****************************" with my cc that ends with ****. It's supposed to be a ONE-TIME purchase of $29. The e-mail used for this purchase was [email protected] have declined all the upselling offers during the purchase process, so I kindly request you refund me the $49 and make sure that you cancel and remove my credit card information immediately.Looking forward to hearing from you very soon!

    Hello!

    The customer purchased Metaboost Connection and opted to 7-day free trial of Accelerated Body *******************.   The subscription was not canceled and the customer was charged for the monthly recurring fee.  Customer called in 6/5.  Subscription canceled and most recent charge has been refunded.

    I signed up with SVELTE to get an food program. I agreed to pay $29.00 for what I wanted, I have received and email that I will be billed $49 a month starting on May 20. I need help getting my credit card to stop being charged.

    The Metaboost connection program that the customer purchased involves a one-time fee of $29. However, she also opted for the 7-day free trial of our Accelerated Body ******************* membership. This is something that is voluntary and had to be selected on the following page after you purchased One and Done. The membership is billed at $49 per month starting when your free trial period is over. There was a disclaimer prior to opting it that the customer will be charged moving forward if they will not cancel the said program.  

    The customer's subscription has been canceled and refund was issued for the most recent charges.

    I purchased a product and it was a ONE TIME PURCHASE, however they drafted a higher amount a few weeks later which they had no authorization to keep drafting anything as it was a one time purchase. I want that refunded because they did not have permission to take or draft again from my account and I even told them not to BEFORE they tried drafting it and they still took it. I will provide proof of that communication. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because:
    There are several charges that should be refunded. None of these charges were authorized and I want every charge that was taken out refunded. This has been such a headache dealing with something yall didnt have permission to do. There are more charges but it wouldnt let me add all of them. Where can I send them all?? The files are too large to send and the system is rejecting them I need to be able to send these proof of charges. How do you not see all these charges that **** took out of my account, I dont understand

    I have been billed $66.33 on my credit card and I did not authorize this. I have phone them repeatedly and they won't answer their phone.

    I would like to request for contact details for this customer.  Is there a chance that she used a different email address?  I can't find any records under the email address provided.  I have checked her name and I found an account with a different email on it.  Also, if she can provide her complete address for verification.  The name I found has been refunded and informed about the refund.  Thanks!

    On April 16, 2023 I was charged $41 for what I don't know. Then on April 23, 2023 I was charged $49. Then on May 23, 2023 I was charged $49. This is a scam. There must be something hidden or a glitch that causes your information to get caught up in their system. I did not order anything! In have not products from them. I want my money back!

    This customer purchased the Metaboost connection and powershots for $41 and she opted for the 7-day free trial however, did not cancel after the trial period.  That causes those charges. 

    Sent email to the customer to let her know what happened and offer retention, if she still wants to proceed with the cancelation, we'll have it facilitated.

    Order number ******* plus an $49 usd a month that I didnt authorized. I want my money back and i need them to order their money back guarantee.

    Like a year ago I bought a diet program with them, they also offered training but i never agree on it. they been charging my credit card every 10 of each moth for 69 dlls, i contacted my credit card but the are just going to dispute the charge they cant stop it. I tried to unsubscribe a few time but the website keeps taking me to a new website for another offer, until you can cancel anything unless you sign for a cheaper program. i just want to be reimburse for something that i never agreed on.

    Hello! It appears I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I came across this program on Instagram and was excited to try something that seems like it *** be working for weight loss. I wanted to pay for the Metaboost $29 program, however my cards are getting declined for some reason. I reached out to Metaboost via Instagram messaging and was provided a phone number to contact the support center. I did call the support center but they were not able to help. They too were receiving an error message, when I asked the girl what the error message was - she couldn't tell me. The girl did advise me to call my bank but I don't understand why I would need to call my bank if the funds are available for a $29 purchase, and I tried multiple credit cards. Is there any link to pay via Apple Pay? I'm really looking forward to trying a program that *** work. Thank you!

    Charged not what was agreed - i was trying for one month - i have now been charged for 2 months. Amount $41 AUD - the *** amount is much more.
