Hello! I would like to pay for the workouts plan, however my cards are getting declined for some reason. Can I send it to the company via bank transfer or is there any link to pay via Apple Pay? Unfortunately, we do not accept Apple pay as a form of payment. If the customer wishes to make a payment she can do so on our website or she can give us a call and we try and process the payment for her.

I purchased a diet workout program from Svele Media. When I made the purchase books were pictured,. what I received was a digital program. When I clicked on the link to the so-called program that was set up for me, there are new links that dont work or links to more purchases. These additional purchases I was led to believe were included in the initial programs that I bought. . I called them on the phone. They asked for my email address and they have no record of my existence even though the programs for Center that email and my credit card has been charged twice.. I tried to send them an email. The one that is pictured on the help section of the website and it says it is not a valid email address..Business Response

I signed up with SVELTE to get an exercise program. I agreed to pay $41 for what I wanted, I have received and email that I will be billed $49 a month starting in 7 days and another that I was charged $199 for something. I need help getting my credit card to stop being charged. I have contacted them hours ago and they won't respond.Business Response

I ordered what I thought was a one time only program and I just noticed that they have been charging me$***** since February of 2022. I went to their chat to request information about this and explained that I did not want this lifetime subscription nor did I want it at any point and they answered that I had to complete a form. The form they sent to me had in the small print information about a **** charge for something but if you continue reading it tells something about a ***** a month charge (like a trial period). So, instead of canceling I would just be on the hook for ***** a month instead of *****. lt is just not clear and I believe they are tricking and taking advantage of the consumer. I went on line and read many, many complaints just like mine. I called them at ************ and they agreed to give me back $196.00 only, they are keeping about ****** of my money. I am rejecting this response because: I ordered a one time order for $*****. They charge me ***** in January of 2022 and ***** on 2/4/22. After that they charaged me ***** per month 12 more times. When I talked to them they indicated that they would refund me, of the $666.00 they had charged me, only $196.00.I believe I only owed the $***** for the one time order so if I substract that from the $666.00 they charged me they owe me $617.00, not $196.00.
They make the client believe he/she is ordering a one time only but keep on charging the unsuspecting client. I have copies of my **** statements showing every single charge. Copies will be provided upon request.

The One and Done program that the customer purchased involves a one-time fee of $29. However, she also opted for the 7-day free trial of our Svelte Life Series membership. This is something that is voluntary and had to be selected on the following page after you purchased One and Done. The membership is billed at $49 per month starting when your free trial period is over. There was a disclaimer prior to opting it that the customer will be charged moving forward if they will not cancel the said program.
The customer's subscription has been canceled and refund was issued for the charges within 120 days.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not know that I was getting in what seems to be a lifetime membership. All I wanted was to try it once, I did not intend to create an indefinity expense of $***** per month. This business is savier than their customers. They get hold of your credit card and milk it until eventually the unsuspected customer realizes that someone is bleeding his/her account for ***** every month. That could go on for years. I am a retired person on a fixed budget who would not commit to a frivolous expense of ***** per month. I was not aware that they were putting me in a lifetime membership. It is true, they refunded me a small part, I believe they said for 120 days but they kept the rest that was much more than that. I realize that they will continue fighting these since they have the resources and the people they hire (with the money they take from unsuspecting clients) to continue this. I am sure that they have encountered this situation before and know how to handle it, I am sure they have everything covered under the small print, checked and re-checked by their attorneys. I just want to set a precedent of what they are doing: they are taking advantage of the consumer. I might not get my money back but by exposing them I might be doing a favor to those who come after me. These kind of businesses need to be stopped, the unsuspected, unsophisticated consumer should not have to be at their mercy. I hope everyone who is in my situation fights them, one of us might not win but together someday we might. This is not just a matter of money. It is a matter of what is right and what is wrong. Again, I never knew I was acquiring an indefinite monthly debt of $***** for something I was not interested in keeping, all I wanted was to try it Once and Done.Thank you very much for your help and if they don't return me my money I hope you stop them from getting unsuspecting people into these lifetime memberships. If they do this to ***** people they are collecting $49,000.00 per month. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.

I bought into the company's one and done program for a one-time $29 payment and did not buy into any further of the products so that I would not be charged anything further. Just found out I have been paying a monthly fee to the company. I just deleted my account so that I do not get charged any further, plus the program didn't work for me I actually gained more weight.Business Response

Mere I signed up to receive the meta boost recipes and was under the impression that it was a one-time purchase of $29. ($30.74) I don't recall ever seeing anything that said I was signing up for a monthly subscription. I have not used anything from this service and did not subscribe to it. I have been charged $51.94 each month since July 18, 2022. After looking into it, it says that I must have enrolled and just didn't unenroll. Again, I never received confirmation or documentation stating that I would be charged a monthly fee. This is misleading and sneaky. Reputable business do not perform in this manner. If my husband hadnt questioned me about this charge, it would have continued endlessly . I never used this product once and seek compensation for the roughly $450 spent on this progra That I never signed up for. You can keep the initial $30.74. Apparently the price you pay to set up a future scam. And from the looks of it, this is on ongoing practice by this business. Truly shameful.Business Response
