    I highly recommend StormSmart. The people are friendly and helpful, and the product is becautiful. This is my second time being a customer, and it just gets better!

    Added another roll down for Hurricane Protection. First one purchased from StormSmart proved it’s worth during the last storm so we added another for even more protection. Construction and installation was of the highest caliber. Pleasure to recommend. D Richard *****

    Storm Smart may be good for storm shutters but definitely not impact windows. Windows were installed in February 2024 and had issues then and still not resolved today, 4 months later. Broken seal in one and 1/2 gap in another. Cant open 2 windows. Used white caulk instead of brown outside. And cant remove screens. Supervisors and managers have been out at least three times. I need new sash and possibly a whole new window frame. Have not heard from anyone since May. We are now in hurricane season. I do not recommend Storm Smart.

    After much consideration, we hired Storm smart to do our windows and screens. ***** came out quoted us a price and they were installed six months later the crew came out, started taking out our old windows and made havoc of it with tearing out drywall inside the house as well as outside. They apologize profusely, and then they did come immediately and fix their mistakes, but the dust left behind was to say the least look like our house went through a tornado. My cleaning company came the next day and charge me $250 to clean my house which again, Storm smart paid for because they realize their mistake After the installation, some of the screens to the windows were torn, and some of the windows were damaged which again they did fix the biggest upset was ***** forgot to order a window and then try to pin us to pay for it even though it was her mistake.overall, with all them, they did fix everything but the anguish and frustration that my husband and I dealt with was far to be desired For being so highly recommended and around for so long, these mistakes shouldve never been made when the windows were pulled plastic shouldve been put up to cause the dust not to get through our whole house and when the window those were set, they shouldve double checked their work before they left to make sure The house was picked up and debris picked up ButGlass and debris was everywhere again they did fix everything but this shouldve never happened in the first place

    Storm Smart spent a lot of time helping us understand our options and quoted us a fair price on quality windows and a storm catcher system. They communicated great and the installation was easy and went perfect. Our windows are great and the storm catcher works wonderful. Would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest but I believe the quality of their product and their installation are well worth it.

    One of my shutters was stuck in the open position. After several attempts to get someone to come out, we finally got repair people who came 6 hours before the appointed time. While they got the shutter working, it not does close all the way, now. It was in the labor warranty period before, but now it's not. Am I going to have to pay $165/hour to get these guys to come out here? This is an inferior product if it fails multiple times this quickly.
