    Excellent experience from start to finish. Very courteous and responsive employees, including schedulers, sales, installers, finishers. Highly recommend Storm Smart. Would use them again without hesitation.

    Storm Smart replaced nearly all of our original windows and doors with impact resistant versions. They did a good job managing expectations around delivery lead times and installation dates. The installers were very professional and did a very good job. There were some language issues but not major. Any installation issues were quickly resolved. The installed product is great. Sound and heat infiltration have been greatly reduced.Except for a minor disconnect between sales and operations on work to be performed, our experience with Storm Smart was excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    salesman was good price was right had thr most difficult time trying to correspond with office personal no one seemed to know what was going on very frustating!!!wouldnt recommend this business to anyone

    Storm smart did an excellent job once the order was put into their updated computer system. They seemed to jump to it once they realized the mix-up. They were on top of every question I had??. I was very impressed with how they handled things.

    I give Storm Smart a 99.9 out of 100% for satisfaction. My only complaint: they promised me nearly 2 years ago after damaging one screen panel during the shutter installation, that they would replace it which they still have not done even after I told them that I'd settle for a patch on the existing panel.Still, their products are great, and their service is very good especially considering how backlogged they must be after ***.

    Windows were installed but the screen did not fit properly. Came two additional times and could not correct the problem. Still waiting for correct screen to be installed.

    We were led to believe they had their own company installers. Not true!! Two different groups aver several days that left a mess and broke part of our well water system and did nothing to repair. I had to fix myself or go without water.

    Storm Smart did a great job with the sale and installation of lanai hurricane screens and a motorized entry door shutter. Both the sales rep and installer were efficient, professional and informative.
