1 starThe product is really great but the service is absolutely horrible. I need a replacement blind and they have cancelled the installation on me twice. When I call and ask for another appointment, they say they are so swamped and cannot give me a date but will call me back. So far, they have NEVER called me back. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service from a company that has such a great product. They should not sell what they cannot service.

1 starWorst company to deal with. Nothing but the run around and no response from the company. Spent 16000.00 plus and no warranty on product or service. Multiple phone calls and lies,lies and lies. Service people are so full of b.s.. company stands behind nothing. My screen system was installed in August 2022 and never worked properly. Not a company to hire for anything.Review fromDaniel W

5 starsMy name is *************************** on Monday Feb 13 I had storm smart reinstall my shutters on my patio door the service technician ******************** did the work the young man was very professional and very polite he was a perfectionist in every way I would highly recommend him .
