The quality of their windows and the professionalism of their team truly exceeded my expectations.A special thank you to salesman **** *******, who provided exceptional product knowledge and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail. He also arranged a tour of the Eastern Architectural window factory, which gave me complete confidence in moving forward with this project.I would also like to give five stars to ***** and ********* for their impeccable installation work. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and craftsmanship were top notch. The installation was seamless, and they treated my home with great care.I highly recommend Storm Smart, along with their outstanding sales and installation teams, for any future window projects. 5 starsThe entire process from sales meeting, to the coordination team, the install and Electrical team was outstanding. Great information and explanation from start to finish of the job. The electrician team explained the work the performed and the new breaker that was installed. The install team did a great, professional install and clean up after completion was great. Highly recommend this company.

They did a thorough cleanup at the end and took the time to walk me through the new circuit breaker on the panel and use of the shutters, answering any questions I had. He took pride installing, cleaning up and showing me how to run the Remote Hurricane Screens on my ****. 5 starsIncredible High Quality Product and Installation.After being flooded by both ****** and ******, we decided that if were going to stay in our beautiful home on the water, we would need to do something to mitigate future flooding. We found the Storm Smart answer in Flood ************************* installers, ****** and ******, were extremely professional in their work, respectful of our property, kept on top of clean up, very courteous, and did an amazing job with the professional installation. The Flood Smart product itself is made from high quality materials. I was very impressed when my wife and I visited the showroom in ********** and actually saw the sample on site. The fact that Storm Smart does all the fabrication in their warehouse ensures that our timeline from signing the contract to installation was only 6 weeks. We are not in an ************** which, helps avoid that hurdle. We also learned that they offered an interest free association program with **************. The other thing that I must mention is the professional engineering of this product to Florida Codes. The documentation of the product puts this company well ahead of any county wanting to put the installation of this product into county codes and thus, requiring a permit. **************** does not require a permit at this time but Storm Smart is ready for that, should it happen.Bottom line - I don't think one could find a higher quality product, installation, and I trust support, of this product should the need arise. Oh yeah......and I hope I never have to use it!!Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsWe are so happy with Storm Smart! From the intital quote to the installation, everything was very smooth. We were very impressed with Dominic, who gave us ideas and suggestions on which shutters would work best for our house. It was a seamless process, as Leesa would reach out to us via e-mail to make sure everything was coordinated. Kadir S**** was our installer. He was professional, efficient and explained everything to me, showing how to work the remotes, etc. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hurricane shutters.Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsFrom sales to installation, everything went very smooth. I really appreciate the communication when it came to the sales visit to when the roll down shutters were showing up. I really appreciate ****** He showed up on time, answered my questions and took great care to keep the mess to a minimum. ****** and his assistant were very nice and understood what needed to done and quickly. The thing that sold us was the life time warranty on the roll down materials. The motors from all the proposals were consistent on time covered but the material for the shutter being covered for life is a huge plus.Thanks again!!Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC
