5 starsWe love the new storm shutters on our lanai. Storm Smart came through and took care of issues that arose from installation even if it meant several trips back to our house. For that alone we are very satisfied with their customer service in addition to the product.

5 starsIf you are planning on having hurricane shutters done, dont hesitate to contact Storm Smart, we have the hurricane screens in the patio done as well hurricane shutters in all the other windows, they are excellent, everyone you talk to is very knowledgeable and helpful, from the beginning to end. 3 starsThe installation went very smoothly. The installers were curious, professional and arrived when scheduled. The biggest complaint I have is the screens on my pool cage were torn to access my upstairs windows. At the time of the sale I was led to believe hat the screens would be immediately replaced after the installation was complete. Now we find out we are at the mercy of an an outside vendor who does not return calls and we have to wait at least a week before we get our screens replaced. It is a shame we need to pay the full cost of the installation when the job is not complete.Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsThe entire process was extremely simple and timely. From sales rep to install and all involve in between was amazing. If we had concerns or questions communications with applicable departments was stellar. Mr Rubio was excellent with his No-Pressure sales and answered all questions and later concerns after deposit was submitted. Storm Smarts engineer was also helpful with general information and specifications on our applications. Miss Jenny *** ****** was outstanding with her information on whom to contact when we had further questions between stages of the process. Also, it’s notable that Juan, our installer, was fantastic. He too listened to our last minutes inquiries ensuring us things were good to go and surly deserves acknowledgment. The entire team we had communication with were all patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Lastly, to aluminum accordion shutters are great looking, extremely strong.
