1 starIt has been 1 yr since installation have had four issues with this product, as well as trying call after call just to schedule some one to come out as fix the issues. Their office customer services is one of the worst Ive ever had issue with. This is so out of my character to do this but there is no integrity at all .. they have hung up on me while I wait for service response .. again 4 times in less than a year. ??? 2 starsWe signed a contract 6-8-2023 for installation of hurricane screens and impact windows to the tune of nearly $30K. The contract states one year warranty on products even though these are all considered outdoor fixtures with exposure to elements. The screen enclosure was completed in September 2023 and the windows December of 2023. This was all as a result from damages from Hurricane ***. Zero forward and we have been through a second storm Hurricane ******. I noticed corrosion on the crank rod of the screen system and then after another rebuild upon washing ether windows we detected leaks in the double panes.We called and were to discuss the defects and were told it would require two service calls at $165/each even though both screens and windows were on the same contract. We look at this as poor customer service on their part since it is defective products. If this was from our neglect, that would be one thing but we have now been through two storms and two rebuilds and purchased in good faith for our own protection only to find out it was again a bait and switch. I ask that the BBB look into this complaint to advise what our recourse can be. I would not recommend this company in the future to anyone based on the poor customer service we received.Thank you in advance for your consideration.******* ******Review fromBetsy C

5 starsShowed up on time, friendly, explained the process and went to work. **** was the most organized, efficient, and methodical worker I have ever encountered. When he finished, he cleaned up the work area, wiped down the new shutters, and explained the operation. He was outstanding!! Highly recommend.Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsStorm Smart was professional and courteous, from the salesman to the scheduler to the installers. ***** and ***** were very professional and considerate of my home. I would definitely recommend them for all your Storm Smart needs.
