    I absolutely love our Accordion Shutters; they are super easy to use and provide extra protection with the deadbolt option while we are away. We had a tight fit with some electrical boxes near the bedroom window and A/C unit and they were able come up with the perfect solution where nothing had to be moved. No window was too big or too small or too odd a shape, they covered them all. The installers were fast and efficient as was everyone else we dealt with. I wish they were in ******* to cover our cabin windows too!

    Very frustrated with follow up. We have been trying to get our inspection scheduled since April. Follow up with Storm Smart is very poor and disappointing. To date we still haven't gotten them to schedule it.

    Storm Smart did a tremendous job installing 11 new PGT impact windows. The installers were meticulous during the prep installation and clean up process. There is a major difference in sound quality and insulation just as the sales person stated..

    My experience with Storm Smart was miserable! No communication for 20 weeks after my contract called for installation between 12 and 14 weeks after signing! Windows were mis--measured, installers sent out with incorrect or insufficient materials. They sent one tech to install windows obviously needing more than one person to install. I have complained and was assured someone would contact me and no one bothered to contact me to resolve my issues!

    My roll down fabric shutter is located on the outside of my lanai and works pretty good as far as the up and down side of shuttering. We were suppose to get the mechanical crank but we are still waitng for that to be installed since this past September 13th, 2023...it's June 18th. We only changed our mind about having an electric motorized shutter on the day our order was taken. We decided to spend the big bucks for electricly controlled. Occasionally, our shutter stutters when we try to shut it off half way down, indicating to me that the limiter switching may not be set up correctly but I am not a shutter technician. I did, however, look up on my computer to find rebar eating drill bits in various sizes and lengths at a reasonable cost that would have aided in completing the installation of my hand crank, which I did not receive...paid for but do not have. Not the crank, nor the through-the-wall rod or the inside wall plate. Want two more stars? Finish my installation.****************** ***********

    Great experience from start to finish! The arrived at the appointments on time, and the company kept us informed every step of the way. Installation was a breeze and the team fit every screen in seamlessly. They were extremely efficient and when I had a slight issue with the remote (my doing) they came out promptly to fix it. I loved working with the company and would highly recommend them. Glad that I went with Storm Smart!

    Across the board from start to finish all went great despite the monsoon that hit days in a row. My salesman and office staff were always accessible and answered every question I had. My installers worked diligently and got my job done very professionally.
