Never use this place. I booked through Expedia because we had booked flight and hotel through them as well. They listed the best price for a mid-sized rental. It was advertised as a 5 passenger SUV (Jeep Patriot or similar). We were emailed a confirmation that it was another vehicle ******* RAV 4), which is understandable. We arrived and received a ****** Kick which was definitely not mid-sized. I am 5 tall, small and felt cramped. That isnt even the main issue. We were then charged an additional $191 for : unlimited tolls ($64.95), ******* surcharge ($10), customer facility charge ($14.13), ***** Privilege fee, Recovery Fee *****,Vehicle License fee. There was an additional $13/day for another licensed driver of which I declined. I also declined their insurance. I can only imagine what my bill would have been if that was added. In addition, we were charged a $2500 security hold on our credit card for up to ********************************************* but never use. They wont accept debit cards and there were a few people that stormed out because they didnt have credit. Unfortunately we were stuck because it was February break. I will NEVER use this place again and will make it my mission to tell EVERYONE that I come into contact with. Caveat emptor-BUYER BEWARE. It doesnt even deserve one star but the website requires something.

They lured me in with low price and added on waiver fees. They are interchangeable with Nextcar, another unethical company. Every person in line was charged hundreds of dollars more than their quoted prices. There are a bunch of bullies behind the desk who extort customers for everything they can. Hope they are put of of business for their illegal practices soon!

Do not rent here. They will add charges, they are rude. I rented a car, somebody backed into my car and they opened a claim. One Switch charged me $500, they actually miss typed and charged my card $600. They asked me to sign a document stating that I had not paid anything at the counter, when I refused they would not give me another car for the remainder of my rental period. How is this place in business and why does Travelocity have them on their site.

I rented a vehicle some days ago and had the worse experience. The rental was through NEXTCAR whish is a One Switch company. This was rented from the ***** location. On renting the vehicle, the agent advised unlimited tolls would be $20 a day. I then declined tolls to which the agent told me not to drive in the highway or I would incur toll charges.. They did this to scare me as I later found out and so will you if you drive in ***************/*****, you only incur toll charges if you use the express lane. I find this company's tactics is deceitful... The agent then went on to telling me that because my insurance company was not listed as one of the approved insurance companies, I would have to purchase their coverage. I did go to their website which reads for the ***** policy "We accept insurance from companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Xfinity, USAA, ESurance, Farmers and *********** ********* is required to rent a vehicle, if you will be self insured you must provide your insurance id (declaration page) which has to match the name last name and address of the main driver on reservation. ********* must include a minimum USD ********** liability coverage and provide full (supplemental liability and collision) for rental vehicle. If you will be using your own insurance a deposit to cover your deductible plus damages will be required from your credit card. ********* from *********** or ****** are not accepted."Overall a very bad experience and although the rental pricing is competitive, they will make up for the difference in what you would pay a better rental agency by adding additional fees for coverages they force you to get. On the day I went to pickup my vehicle. They will also not volunteer and tell you that they will accept insurance coverage from a credit card that provides coverage. I believe they also try to charge you an extra fee if you state your credit card company will pay for collision coverage..

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. Made a reservation online almost 2 months ago, and had a confirmed reservation. I do contract management so of course I read all the contracts, terms and conditions before hand. They have only been open six months. They should change their name to Bait and Switch **********. When I went to pay I said I wanted to decline insurance. They said they needed a copy of my insurance policy which was never disclosed. I said I can look up on my phone and when I did they said they would not accept ******************* then they informed me they would accept it but I would need to pay and additional $250 to $300. If I just bought the insurance through them it would be an additional $400 for a 11 day rental. None of this was disclosed in the contract. I asked to speak with the manager her name was *******. She was the rudest car rental person I have encountered in 40 years of renting cars. She would not give a reason why their contract did not state any in of the above. When I confronted her with what I felt was very shady business practices she said she cancelled the reservation and asked my wife and I to leave the premises and wait outside. I tried to talk with her but once she realized that I was on to them not honoring a written contract she threatened me that she was going to call the police. I told her go ahead I would love a police report so I can send it on to the Better Business Bureau. My wife and I were speechless. We wasted over 1.5 hours. Buyer beware stay as far away from this company as possible. She never called the police. We were driven back to the ********** center and rented a car from National which was fast and professional. They said they honor all insurances. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware of this company they are scam artists! Don't even think of using them.

This is the worst car rental company we have ever rented from. Our original $380.00 + $89.00 for collision ended up costing $1025.17. Waited at the airport 1 1/2 hours for shuttle. Spent another 1 hour at check in. Because we pre paid they would not refund us. There was no customer service. Rude staff. I have to say car we received was very good. Check out was good. Also Expedia needs to step up and support the customers that rented from this company through them. False advertising.

Experienced the extremely long wait to get picked up from airport, waited two hours in line to pick up car. Then told the compact car is gone that you wanted, so we will charge more for a bigger car.
I was late because of the poor customer service. Never again.

**************** sold me insurance the car rental company (One Switch Rent a Car) does not accept. I paid an extra 27$ for insurance I could not use with the rental company I chose. I was forced to pay an extra 200$ at One Switch Rent a Car because they only rent cars with full insurance. One switch rent a car employee told me they face this problem every single day. The company knows ************ is using a scheme to rob people legally and using their name to do so. The employees dont know what to do or say they just go straight into charging you about 50$ per day for their own personal insurance because they have a fee that you have to pay to use your own.

The only thing that I was positive about this service was the return went smoothly and the shuttle driver was very helpful in ensuring he took me to the right departure terminal.I will not use this service again. We got attracted to using them because of the perceived lower cost compared to the other rental services, but that was just a camouflage. They would not accept my ******** Insurance, which I've used in the past, and charged extra $325 USD on insurance for the 10 days I had the car.We arrived *** at 12:30 AM, picked up our luggage, and made our way to the rental company's shuttle service pickup location. We got there at about 1:30 AM and waited for more than 1 hour before the shuttle service showed up even after several calls to the company's shuttle driver by other rental company's shuttle service drivers we saw us waiting. We got to the pickup office and waited to be attended to. We finally got our rental car around 3:30 AM.We were given a downgrade initially ******** Elentra) instead of a small-size SUV. It took another 15 mins of waiting to switch us to the right vehicle. Both cars (the wrong and the correct one) had dents on them--these were not rental-worthy at all.We had to top up twice cause of low tire pressure warning on separate occasions. We got the same warning a third time on our way to drop off the car (after 9 days of use) but we ignored it and returned the car in that state. I'm sure they'll rent it off to the next client who would have to deal with it. The car we got had 43K Miles on it, which I consider old for a rental car. They were going to charge us $12/day for EPASS for 9 days knowing well that we would not use most of it.To summarize, if you must rent from this company, make sure you do your homework first. Don't be fooled by the cheap cost. They'll charge you for 3rd party insurance if you are visiting from outside of the US cause the Insurance companies they claim to recognize are mostly US-only companies.

Looking at all the negative comments about this company that mug humble people, I don't know how they allow them to continue to operate, someone has to do something. In my case I made the reservation in a page that helps these things happen, "Expedia" I paid a rate of $328.00. and according to their page the miles were unlimited, (it was false) I had to pay another ****** for the unlimited miles, also they reimbursed me $300. 00, after I returned the car they called me for a penalty from the state and the miles which were ******* dollars, they would give me a discount and I would only pay $500.00, finally they charged me another $1193.00. well the total amount for a ****** Sentra was $2013.00. what a crazy scam.
