    This car rental service doesnt even get a tiny shading in a star. ***, I had to in order to submit statement. The staff is beyond unprofessional. A lot of fictitious charges and fibbing to scam renters out of money. Bait and switch. Changing and adding damages to a vehicle form to file an insurance claim. Place is a joke, along with the so called staff and managers, who declined to give me a business card, of course . ******* location - stay away .. they will rip you off and laugh in your face about it.

    Poor customer service and double charged us for the vehicle stating it was the added insurance and out of state cost. Car rental through Travelocity paid $366 then Easirent charges us $527 on top of that. Said they emailed rental agreement but didnt. Do not rent from them so with a more trusted rental car agency

    This is a horrible rental car company with very shady practices. Most of the major rental car companies were out of cars to rent during 10/17 at ***. This company's website advertises their based at ***********. Not, you must take a shuttle to a remote location that's in this small tiny building less than 10 minutes away from the airport. They have no cars readily available to rent. The shuttle was late, and when we arrived there was already a line of people formed making it impossible to get the car according to the reservation time requirements. They only had 1 desk counter worker not certain what the other guy was related but sounded fill in for someone that called in sick. I waited over hour and half with still like 10 people ahead of me. And, their shuttle kept bring more people from *** into this tiny little small building that resembled a storage office location. The cars were washed after you got processed and not ready to go. I could not wait another 2 hours and found other means to get to my destination. Since I was not rented a car from Easirent I canceled through Priceline. However, I'm still seeing a transaction from Easirent on my account days later which I have disputed through Priceline. I highly recommend don't rent a car from this company they have shady practices. F rated by Better Business Bureau, not sure why ********* is partnering with them. And, they do not have the volume of cars in which Priceline yields them. They are a very small time operation. I'm very very unhappy with this rental car experience.

    The worst experience as a customer I've ever had. Everyone here is both incompetent and cruel. They do not care about their jobs, they do not care about the customers, they cost me about 300 dollars in total and I missed my niece's baby shower thanks to the complete arrogant idiocy rampant in this place. Of the people in the store with me, only 2 people left with cars, while 2 other customers were harassed by an employee for being disgruntled with the 1 and 30 minute wait time for the shuttle at airport that is only 15 minutes away. Stay as far from here as possible never EVER use Easirent. The company is a scam from the ground up. Spend the extra money for Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, etc. any of the companies actually in the airport. They might be more expensive on paper, but the hidden costs Easirent tack on combined with their terrible anti-customer service make even the most over priced brands out there worth the money. Easirent's doors should be closed immedantly.

    Scammers, I was forced to pay $24,99 for extra insurance coverage while my Amex is normally totally covered, and I was told that its mandatory and there was no option to waive it and that was also a total lie, when I received the agreement later by email and read it, I did find the option to refuse it but of course it was too late Contacted them by phone and they either dont answer or hang up the phone on you, I dont know why are they allowed to operate when everybody is complaining about them in all platforms

    Renters Beware: Worst Rental Car Experience Ever! Only thing easy was being stranded.I prepaid for a 5-day rental, only to have the worst experience with this company. My flight was delayed by about 15 minutes, and I arrived at the rental location just 3 minutes after they closed. The place was completely dark, but I wasnt upsetI figured Id wait until the next morning to pick up my car.I showed up before 8 a.m., only to be told they had marked me as a no-show and rented out my car to someone elseeven though I had already paid in full! The managers response? Go find a car from another rental company. According to the associate. If it was that easy I would have, but because of the storm there literally was no rental cars available in a 3 hour radius. This left my family stranded in *****, two hours from our ******** make matters worse, while they claimed there were no cars available, I saw other customers arriving and getting ***********************. I called their customer service number, but they were just as unhelpful. According to the associate, either they never had my car in the first place or rented it to someone elsethey couldnt give me a straight answer.For a company that offers prepaid bookings, its shocking they didnt bother to contact me before renting out my car. The lack of communication and accountability was astounding. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced

    Took shuttle to Fort Lauderdale airport from location at **** ** *** *** On Saturday morning 9/14/24 6am shuttle driver dropped the entire bus full of occupants to terminal 1. Unloaded luggage, told everyone get out, and drove off. He didn't ask which terminal everyone was going. Our terminal was #3 and my wife has a medical boot on. At the time we didn't have a clue what was going on. Once we asked an airport worker for help and how to get to terminal 3, he asked how'd we get there, i said a shuttle dropped us off, he said is he still outside its long WALK to terminal 3, i said he took off. Now we are walking for 15-20 minutes to get to terminal 3, like i mentioned, my wife is in a medical boot for her foot and is restricted to not walking long distances. 2 days later, my wife wakes up in excruciating pain in her hip and now she cant walk on her own due to hip now inflamed from walking too far. I find this to be unacceptable that the driver never once asked where everyone was going, assuming everyone in the van was going to terminal 1. That airport Has 4 terminals, what if we were flying out if terminal 4? We'd of had to walk even further. This is Totally unacceptable.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This place should be shut down and not allowed to present themselves as a rental car company to defraud consumers. I rented a car from this company unfortunately in ******, **. first they get you by presenting themselves as being at the airport, however they are off site from the airport and you have to rely on calling them to have a shuttle pick you up, then when you get to the location you are dealing with the worst customer service ever and the employees have no loyalty towards their customers and customer service as they feel and actually said that we are paying the lowest of the low so we deserve what we get as it's what we paid for. I was given the filthiest car with disgusting stains including what appeared to be blood stains on the seats, big dent on the bumper, dents and scratches, broken key fob, and broken door handle. Whomever is responsible for overseeing the rental car agencies should strongly look at this company as they are nothing short of a scam to consumers. I have photos and would love to share.

    HORRIBLE! Horrible ustomer service, horrible wait times. Checking a car out with easirent felt like jail. The people were rude, indifferent and exceedingly unhelpful. They did their very best to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Today, four weeks after the rental, im charged another $35 for a $3 toll? There were no warnings no options and no other roads to take, or even a way to pay. Easirent would much rather sit in the shadows waiting to pounce on another $30 charge!! Easirent is hands down the absolute WORST rental service. Whose main ambition is to line their pockets. DO NOT USE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE!! They're thee absolute worst. I look forward to watching their business crumble

    The agent at Easirent in ***** insisted I had to prove I had more than CDW insurance. My credit card covered that. Since I didn't bring my insurance papers with me, I called my insurance agent. She didn't answer so I left a message. I ended up having to purchase their insurance for $171 for the week since I had no other option. As I was walking to my car my insurance agent returned my call so I went back in and told Easirent my insurance could confirm I had full coverage and send them anything needed to prove it. The agent at Easirent said he would reverse $157 of the charge now and I would get the rest from some airport agency and I would get an email shortly confirming this. When I hadn't received an email I called and talked to another agent who said he saw my reversal in the system and I didn't have o worry. I never got the credit and had my credit card company try to get it. Easirent refused. NO ONE should do business with this dishonest company!!!
