      I rented a car at LAX with a ding on the left passenger side. I took a video but when I returned it I was told that a claim would be filed against me even though I showed the video. So much for being in the President’s Circle. There was no manager on-site and I couldn’t even get a printed receipt.

      Reserved a rental months in advanced only to be left a voice-mail and sent a text 2 hours prior to pickup. Called 800 number only for the guy to be rude and suggest a reschedule for another day. Why would I change from the day I needed it. HERTZ SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE OVERALL. @HERTZ YOU NEED TOO DO BETTER

      I booked a car and was given a time to pick it up. When I arrived I was told the car was not ready and it should be in about 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I was told my car was at another location. I was offered transportation to the other location but I chose to Uber instead. I got my car 2 hours behind schedule and from a completely different location. It was not full of gas when I got it. Upon returning the employee entered my mileage traveled completely wrong. I have contacted the corporate office and was told I would get a response within two days. I have not heard anything. Do not use this company.

      Whoever is in the front lady with glasses in the Midland location has been rude since last week Monday. She did not get the reservation has it was planned, they changed the reservation a week later and went in the morning and she was rude and called at 2pm and she said "whoever came in the morning I told them at 4pm bad customer service she is awful she needs more training and or people skills.

      My rental was the nastiest thing I have ever been in. It was disgusting. Stunk like cigarettes so bad I got sick and so did my kid. It was a compact SUV instead of the small SUV I reserved. It had dried ice cream in it. Stale French fries. Gunk in the seatbelts things I had to clean before I could hook up my daughters car seat because it wouldn’t latch. Blood spots on the ceiling. Center console broke. Touch screen wouldn’t work and speakers blown. I spent over $100 and all evening cleaning it like a mad person and it still smells like nasty cigarettes. I was told it was the only one available and my vehicle was put in the shop so I had no choice but to take a rental from Hertz. The oil was below minimum and so was the radiator fluid. I’m surprised it didn’t run hot. It was the NASTIEST rental I have ever seen and I am appalled it was even rentable. Trying to reach Hertz to make a complaint is a joke!! Absolutely disgusting company, location, vehicles and attitudes of the people that work there.

      Very poor company. Coming after me for thier paint warranty issues .trying to say I should be responsible to pay for paint bubble issues.

      Very poor service at MCO Orlando Airport HERTZ counter. Person was very rude and forced to take liability insurance even my insurance cover the rental car . Booking was done for mid size car but he was giving me compact car and forcing me to upgrade car to full size with $15 per day extra. I booked from Priceline for 3 days. After booking I realized that it was non-refundable. It was non refundable booking and it was 10:30 pm at airport with family of 4. So I was bound to take whatever he was selling. Lesson learned. Never do non-refundable booking so that you will have other option open.

      What a dishonest company!!! DON"T USE HERTZ. **************** can't help with anything!! I reserved a car total confirmation was $397.02 they added all kinds of charges totaling $1,104.00 for ONE week. Local offices will not answer phones. I WAS NOT Given a contract, he said just sign the key pad, handed the key and that was is. Made me cry when I saw the charge on my credit card.

      Terrible rental car company. Rented a seven passenger vehicle and when we get to the airport they tell me they dont have a seven passenger car. Then they proceeded to tell me they do have one but its an upgrade to a suburban and will cost me $300 extra. @Hertz @DollarCars
