      Terrible experience. Staff at this location are incomprehensibly bad. Absolutely no customer service. Management does not make themselves available to customers. Had a reservation paid in full and arrived at the counter to be told they did not have a car for me. Counter staff offered no support. They literally sat at the counter in front me and looked the away and ignored my questions. Hertz corporate support is nearly impossible to reach, but when you do get a person on the phone, they tell you to call the local branch. I am having a hard time believing how poor the experience was. Absolutely inexcusable. Do anything but rent from this location.

      I was in the process of renting a car online with Hertz. As I went through the process I was going to use my "Hertz points", approximately 1, 900 of them. I clicked to use my card, and it didnt work so I went back a screen and the process reset, but all ***************************************************************************************** out. I emailed Hertz multiple times about this and still one month later they have not restored the points. As an organization, their business practices appear to be corrupt.

      Rented a Tesla from Hertz. Supercharger wouldn't charge the car. Other Tesla owners at the Supercharger said it is connecting but it looks like you haven't paid your bills! I told them it is a Hertz rental and the car is on their account and the cost is supposed to pass through. Tried to load the app but cannot because I don't own the car. Called Hertz and completely abused by the customer service/emergency service supervisor who told me that I have to pay to have it towed back to the airport. Instead went to another charger, a very slow free one, and it charged fine. Also, at one hotel it charged without a problem. Unfortunately, current hotel doesn't have a charging station so I can't charge it except on slow, 8 hour to charge stations. Hertz emergency road service supervisor, a woman who wouldn't give her name at first and then said it was Brandon , was nothing short of hostile and abusive. Can't get it resolved, can't contact airport rental desk (it hangs up whenever I chose to speak to an employee (IAH)). My vacation has been spent sitting a slow chargers waiting to charge the car so I can use it. As a 30 year+ Gold member I can only imagine what others go through. I guess I should be glad they haven't told the police that I stole the car like they have done to others. Can't get my time back but I would like my money back. What a nightmare.

      Poor service! They rented us a car that was in a collision and the bumper popped out and was unstable. When we said we didnt want it and requested a new one they said we wont rent to you.

      This Company Hertz should have zero stars..So we have a reservation for a rental, consequently both of our flights were running late, we tried TO CALL THEM to let them know about our pick up time possibly changing no one answered the phone. I had several calls made to them they were not answering, family members trying to reach out to them as well no luck. Why a business has a phone number for customer service and not ever answer the phones makes no sense. Phone ring and ring waiting for customer service no one answering BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE absolutely horrible.We had to do another reservation with another company and now waiting to see if we can get our money back on a vehicle that we never received, Hertz needs to do a lot better in customer service. Worst of the worst in my experience and opinion.

      Booked a car reservation through Priceline for same day booking. Once arrives to the location Hertz denied the rental stating they don't accept same day booking.

      They cannot provide zero balance receipts which are needed for reimbursement in the military. I am now out over $1300 because they didnt charge me the full amount and instead charged me $62.33 and split the payments. They are not military friendly and I will not be using them again.

      The LDW and PERS charges they added onto my 5 day car rental were neither explained nor agreed to and they refused to make it right. The customer service was horrible. Hertz is neither honest nor transparent. Never using nor recommending Hertz again. Julie M.

      I made a reservation at Philadelphia International airport for 2 weeks for a gas vehicle. We were surprised that there were only electric cars available when we arrived in Pennsylvania. We did not receive any prior email or phone call notices that our rental was switched to an electrical car. There was no one at the counter to assist us with the changes. We tried to call Hertz but weren't able to get through to a person, so we were left with no options but to take the electric car from the airport.

      During our 2 weeks, we had so much difficulty trying to get to a charging station. Because these charging stations were so far away, we had to rely on other cars, which defeated the purpose of renting a car. Because of our schedule, we had little opportunities to switch out the car for another car during the trip. So we had to take time out of our travel schedule to charge the car 4-5 times during the trip. Sometimes, we were stranded in a mall trying to charge enough to get to the hotel before it was dark. We were afraid to even use the air conditioner when it was 88 degrees out because of afraid of draining the battery. This was unacceptable when we had our toddler with us. We had to leave the car to charge overnight so we get another person to drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick us up and drop us off in the morning. This was a bait and switch that we did not needed for our rental.

      Zero stars. Negative if that was possible. The absolute worst customer service. They have told me multiple times that they have refunded me for a charge that shouldnt have happened. Its been 3 months. Every time I call back, they promise that they are processing the refund again. And every time I call back I have to do the entire process over again because nothing ever goes through. Worst company Ive dealt with in a very very long time. They have spent more money paying their representative to talk to me then just issuing the refund in the first place.
