      Horrible experience. I rented a gas vehicle in ********, was given an EV with no other choice upon pickup with no charger nor adapter included, though I asked. I was told it would only take 1-2 hours to charge but it took 6-13hours at strange locations because it was hard to find an EV charger working while traveling from ******** to ******. I was stranded multiple times. Hertz did not refund despite my attempts to get help and had no other cars to exchange. Take Care, it feels like a scam/experiment! **************** did not help.

      I have paid for a reservation for a rental car to be picked up at the ******************** airport. I called this morning and was assured that my car would be here at 5:00pm when I landed. I am now waiting and they dont know how long it will be. The reservation number can not help me. This also happened worth Thirfty in May. They are tied together. My recommendation is to not rent a car at the **********************. They cant tell me how long and I have a 2 hour drive still.

      ***** charged me almost twice what they should have they took my deposit plus was charging me for extended time rental along the way to they released my deposit to them sefls and at the end they charge me an additional $1084.00 that my deposit was not applied because they had already had it released to them they told be my bank was holding the deposit and had not released it back to me they have the worse customer service I have ever experienced

      Hertz is the biggest ripoff bunch of liars and they deceive they stole from me over $4,000 and my bill was only two their cars are crappy and the employers are just so crooked it's unbelievable and you can't get through to anybody who speaks the truth or can help you legally don't rent from Hertz I rented a car from her through Expedia for $30 a day because my car burned up anyway ended up she charged me $40 a day and the car had it cracked windshield and a check engine light came coming on and they told me it was fine well I didn't feel safe about that so I drove all the way to the airport not once but twice because they were going to give me another car and had nothing never compensated me for it never give you my Triple A discount everything was just lies one after another after another after 50 days I was charged 2160 twice now I'm trying to get half of that back. I'm over $1,300 in the hole from them I can't pay my rent I'm looking at being homeless but they don't care I work hard for my money I don't need it taken from me like this it just isn't fair how people can get away with this I just want my money back

      I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They charged me $175 for windshield repair when there wasn't even a scratch on the windshield. I returned the car in perfect condition. When I call, no one answers.

      First car we rented, maintenance required light went on immediately. We noticed, so they panicked and switched it out. Second car, leaky tire. We had to keep refilling it en route to a new location, where we stopped at a Hertz to get a 3rd car. After promising a refund, they tried to charge us for both cars. 3x they've promised refund, 3x it never came, 4x they pretended to have no idea what I'm talking about when I called. Will never rent from them again.

      Hertz Rental is the worst!. They are so inconvenient. Wanted to turn my vehicle in 1 day early at a more convenient location, when you prepay, they will not let you. So they penalize for actually prepaying. The customer service is horrible, when you call for assistance, it sounds like you're in a football stadium, you actually hear all the other reps servicing phone calls, so loud, you cannot hear your rep. *** cannot understand your rep when speaking, because their English is so poor. Extremely unprofessional, I picked up a car that was disgusting, smelled inside, dirty and stained, windshield wipers needed to by changed. I hope the President of Hertz, *************************** is reading this, your company and service is a DISGRACE-

      We were given the wrong information from an employee that resulted in charges that we were not informed about. We declined additional insurance yet we were charged for it. I have contacted the company over 10 times in the last two weeks and they refused to do anything about it. They encourage their employees to lie to steal money from their customers

      Horrible Service I was in Colorado and Reserved/ Rental Vehicle for my Husband to pick me up in **************.I reserved the vehicle in my Husband's Name and I paid for it with my Credit Card that's the only payment they would accept my Debit Card was not good enough for payment.When my husband went to get the rental vehicle the morning I would be arriving in *********** ** the staff wouldn't let him have the vehicle even though they received payment for the rental.I had to find another ride home from *********** ** because of there horrible Service and I tried calling them several times on the way to *********** ** and once i was back in ********* and I have tried for several days after I got home.When they did answer it was a recording and I would be on hold for 30 minutes or more and then the phone would hang up.I received no service and they stole my money Do Not use this Rental Agency they are Crooks .They stole my money.

      Terrible experience. Staff was rude and not helpful. My husband was renting an electric car and I was sitting back waiting for him. I could see the hertz employees facial expressions and could tell she was annoyed/ frustrated with him because there was an issue with paying on the same credit card as he reserved it with, which he had with him, but its an Apple Card and the numbers arent on the card so he had to call customer service and this lady actually snatched his phone out of his hand to try to help He had to make multiple calls while at the hertz counter to the hertz customer service center for help because this lady couldnt explain the process because I dont think she understood it herself. My husband had questions and she was clearly annoyed.Anyways she was incredibly rude, but changed her tune a little towards the end of the interaction after I came over and had to put it under my credit card because we both werent understanding what she was talking about with his card and we just wanted to Be finished with it! It was a bad start to a trip home to see family. We will never again rent from hertz
